CRC Sheet 16G, duly painted with Siemens Grey Powder Coated Paint as per specification. Overall size (H) 800 mmX(W)450 X (D) 200mm.

Assembly Charges of 63/100A 4Strip Copper Busbar (Horizontal/ Vertical) & Earth strip throughout the lenth of panel (current density of Aluminium Busbar shall be 1mmx1mm=1.66 Amp.) Copper shall be Electric Grade , Busbar supports shall be DMC epoxy Insulators. All Busbars Links shall be covered/ insulated with Heat Shrinkable sleeves of coloured coded Red, Yellow, Blue & Black.

Assembly Charges of Copper solid/ Copper flexible wire interconnection Busbar to MCCB & MCCB to field side for Cable termination duly covered/ insulated with Heat Shrinkable sleeves of coloured coded Red, Yellow, Blue & Black. All Interconnections of fields side are supported by conical, L & Finger type insulators of adequate size to support & sustain the weight of cables.

Control Wiring with Copper flexible Wire (size of control wire shall be 2.5 sq. mm Copper flexible for C.T. Circuit & 1.0 sq. mm for Control Wiring) with thimbles printed sleeves, tie & belt etc.
