Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts/struts (Steel/RCC/wooden posts) in any description including making good to disturbed portion complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete all as directed.

Excavation in post holes (soft/loose soil) each n.exc.0.5 cum, getting out, RFR in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed wth earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m complete all as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling /mass concrete as in post hole complete all as directed.

S&F hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolt posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel screwe bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long but n.exc 10cm long and dia of neck not less than 11mm to 15 mm.

Supply only mild steel round bars as line bars for fixing chain link fencing

Supply only chain link MS galvanished fencing of any size 4mm dia as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire any mesh, size and type of standard rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire.

S&F chain link fencing including taking down existing barbed wire/chain link fencing round bar, without dismantling of existing RCC/MS angle iron fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing/resuse old round bar and flat iron obtained from item No 13.00 above complete all as directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and staraining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. (Each line wire to be measured).

Restraining & resecuriNg only including making good staples etc to existing loose barbed wire complete all as directed.

Restraining & resecuriNg only including making good staples etc to old existing loose /bend existing chain link fencing complete all as directed.

Refixing/resecuring/erecting old displaced/bend angle iron fencing post by placing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (Using 40mm graded aggregate) including demolition of existing PCC around fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing the area/site including cutting of bushs/shrubs etc and making good the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work as in doors or gates angle or other covering door, cooler stand etc to be prepared for handing or sliding with including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging dor fittings (exclusIve of steel or othr covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars, shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, stops etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast cement concrete type B1,1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quions, block(for masonry) string courses coping, kneelers, apex stones pier caps, column pos, boundery pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks bounders(for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc, (of any section indicated) with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering throating etc and setting in cement mortar complete with joints to match with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC work (Nominal mix), 1:2:4 type B-1 as in landing, cover slabs (for manholes etc) Chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar article with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified.

All as per item No 24.00 above but 6mm to 8mm dia TMT bars.

M&L providing precast cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) louvers and jalies 25mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rough cast plaster on exterior walls applying the under coat of cement and sand morrtar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12mm ) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the raio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregate are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed.

M&L washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified.

M&L forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved patern using wooden batten all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description not exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old existing chain link fencing by removing rust by rubbing/scraping with wire brush and applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work is to be executed in three stages and each stage i.e priming coat, 1st & subsequent coat shall be approved by Engineer in Charge/GE.

M&L brick work with sub Class 'B, bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius n.exc 6 m in old type brick thick walls, built in CM :6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 33.00 above but except brick (Old bricks to be reused in this item).

M&L brick work with fly ash 'brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed , well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 36.00 above but except stone (old stone to be re used in this items).

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/ stone masonry on fair faces of surface, rendering is to be even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vibrator moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade and fixed over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15-18mm thick granite (any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete with and including dismantling of old stone slab tiles of any discription complete all as specified and directed.
