Note : Water proofing compund to be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

5mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, and finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer paint including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying of old plastered rubbing, stopping of existing treatment applying one coats of cement base paint on old plastered/ unplastered surfaces of wall, including complete all as specified & directed.

The dry product is to be mixed with 12.5 % water by weight , along with washed and poured into rigid form work molds & tamped properly & cured for 3 days . [Payment is to be made by weight premixed of micro concrete product consumed as per site register records. Providing and applying Polymer modified cement mortar of average thickness 15 -20mm using Polymer in one or more layers in proportion 1 : 5:15 of Polymer Cement Quartz Sand as manufacturer's specifications in specific layers , curing the surface after 72 hours of application with wet gunny bags etc and by finishing the surface with 12mm thick ( 1:3 ) Cement sand plaster, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make:- SIKA or FOSROCK or BASF or equivalent makes mentioned in Particular Specifications.

Providing and applying Polymer modified cement mortar of average thickness 30-40mm using Polymer in one or more layers in proportion 1 : 5:15 of Polymer Cement Quartz Sand as manufacturer's specifications in specific layers , curing the surface after 72 hours of application with wet gunny bags etc and by finishing the surface with 12mm thick ( 1:3 ) Cement sand plaster, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make:- SIKA or FOSROCK or BASF or equivalent makes mentioned in Particular Specifications.

Shear Connectors: Make 10/12 mm dia holes using heavy duty electrically operated hammer drills in the concrete of RCC members to a depth of about 75 mm at 500 mm c/c or at suitable grid in zig - zag fashion, clean the holes using air jet and fix pre- fabricated 100 x 50 mm L - shape 8 mm dia rebar using Anti Corrosive protective coating so that 75 mm out of 100 mm is inserted inside the concrete and 25 mm remain outside along with 50 mm bend . The shear connectors are used to tie the additional reinforcement bars, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make : FOSROCK – HILTI, Fischer or equivalent in SIKA or BASF or makes mentioned in Particular Specifications.

Bond Coat : Providing & applying One coat of structural grade epoxy bond coat by brush conforming to ASTM - C - 882-87 to the prepared concrete surface to be repaired / strengthened . This is applied prior to the application of polymer repair mortar / epoxy mortar / Microconcrete to have monolithic action between old concrete surface and new concrete surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make:- SIKA or FOSROCK or BASF or equivalent makes mentioned in Particular Specifications.

Note:- For items 87 to 94 (i) Work shall be executed only through authorised/approved applicators of the Manufacturer only. (ii) Site for application is at various locations and height varies up to 15.0M (iii) All Scaffolding work and safety measures such as provision of props and supports shall be of steel and extent of provision shall be entire tosatisfaction of GE. (iv) Mode of measurement for items: For the purpose of the measurement of these items the surface area of the patch of the concrete considered of repair shall be taken. (v) Testing of cube strength of polymer modified cementious mortar shall be independantly carried out as per manufacturers instructions and record shall be maintained. (vi) After obtaining approval of the make of the products the contractor shall give a letter from the manufacturer regarding the details of the agency and the name of person to be deployed for carrying out repair & Supervision of the work. (vii) The T&P shall be strictly as per manufacturers instructions. (viii) Necessary Jacks shall be erected to support various floors before exposing columns/ bveams for repair & it shall also be ensured that no damage is made to existing structure during the repair process & all safety norms shall be followed.

Note:- (i) Cost of equipments , tools and plants , material required for boating shell be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate above . (ii) Cost of GI pipe 50/80 mm dia shell be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate above . (iii) Cost of air compressor for boating shell be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate above .

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter wall nut colour, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, with particle board core, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- For items 01 to180 The quoted rates shall be deemed to include for items of surfaces finshes of Bldg upto G+3 height above all external/ internal surface finishes and include the following:- 1. Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures. 2. Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc. 3. Work in patches, and in narrow/ widths, bands, cornices, plasters etc and cutting in edges to line where necessary. 4. Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fitting etc to protect them from splashes. 5. Removing and replacing furniture, movable cupboard, chicks, blinds, etc washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring, etc of drops and splashes and leaving premises, clean and tidy followed.
