Excavation in foundation & trenches etc. in in earth work lift up to 1.5 meter stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavaton and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, side of foundation etc. Consolidating each deposited layers by remming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as direction within a lead of 20 mtr in pick work.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm thic welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring, shuttering, strutting and proping etc with wooden battens and ballies. Height of proping and centring below suporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu -reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. up to 200 mm in thickness i/c carriage of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

providing and laying Cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 sand :3 water borne aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Providing laying of tor steel reinfrcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding and placing in positon complete up to floor two level.

Providing and fixing CI mainhole cover complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing CI sluice valves(with hand wheels) as per IS : 780 class up to 300 mm dia (including brass spindle and as per IS:2906 class II for diameter more than 300 m complete with nuts, bolts rubber insertion etc) the tail pieces if required shall be measured and paid separately of following dia Kirloskar/ Leader make PN-1.6 complete in all respect.

P/F havells flat three core PVC insulated & PVC sheathed industrial cable for submersible pump motor 1100 volt, conforming to IS 694.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cuttin, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all comlete.

Providing and fixing polycarbonated transparent sheet 1.20 mm thick in roofing with galvanised J or L hooks, bolts and nuts with GI limpe and bitumen rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washer complete 0.80 mm thick with zink coating not less than 275 gm/m2.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet gutter iron brackets 40x3 mm size, bolts and nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.80 mm thick with zink coating not less than 275 gm/m2.
