Earth work in embankment by Mechanical means by truck carriage with locally available ordinary/normal soil excluding sandy and rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 25 cm thick including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debries, breaking clods up to 4 cm cube, dressing as per design section and compaction with three wheel static roller of 80-100 kN capacity in layers not exceeding 30 cm in thickness and core cutter soil test at every layer and every 500 m distance, etc. complete as directed. Turfing with grass sods of largest possible rectangles of 12 cm. minimum thickness placed closely including dressing earth pegging with Jati bamboo split, watering till the grass grows for a lead up to 90 m and all lifts, etc. complete as directed.

Supply of geo-textile Tube (Mega containers) with the minimum properties as mentioned below • Polymer = PP of 400 GSM or above • Tube Circumference = 10m + 5% • Fill Port (diameter) = 30 to 45 CM • Tensile Strength (MD) ≥ 100 kN/m • Tensile Strength (CD) ≥ 100 kN/m • Elongation – MD ≤ 25% • AOS ≤ 0.180 mm • Permittivity ≥ 0.40 S-1 • Length = 25 m

Filling of geotubes (25m long and 10m circumference) with sand volume 176 cum by using mud pump not below the fill height of 1.60m as per drawing and technical specification, binding the tube with 9mm nylon rope to jati bamboo pegs of length 2m placed @ 5m c/c along both sides of the tube to keep the tube in position during filling, as specified and directed including all loading, unloading and handling charges and local carriage upto a distance of 250m, pumping slurry using mud pump from a distance upto 250m, etc. including setting up of the tube laying platform, complete as directed.

Earthwork in bank trimming to the designed section /slope by mechanical means including removing the trimmed soils to a minimum distance of 30 m, complete as directed.

Supply of Geo Bags Type-B (Size 2.00 m × 1.50 m inner to inner) (Pillow Type) made of composite layers of Polypropylene (PP) fibre as per IS 16653:2017 for Nonwoven and IS 16654:2017 for Woven: Woven Geo-textile for the outer cover (300gsm): The woven geo textile is woven with multifilament woven fabric manufactured from ultra violet stabilized polypropylene. Geo-textile used to manufacture geotextilebags should have high mechanical properties for enhanced durability along with enhanced puncture abrasion and U.V. resistance characteristics. Geo-textile should be inert to biological degradation and resistant to naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids. Properties i. Filling and laying of nonwoven Geo - textile bag of dimension 2.00 m × 1.50 m including excavation of sand/silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90 m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand/silt, having minimum volume 0.612 Cum after filling, double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, laying at proper site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 100 m complete as directed.
