Steel tubular poles Supply and erection of road lighting on steel tubular pole swaged type confirming to IS 2713-(part III) pole designation 410.SP -12 complete with base plate of 300 mm x300 mm x6 mm (LxBxW) drilling of 25 mm dia hole at 2.74 Mtrs from bottom to entry of wire. The pole is to be erected by excavation of 5 feet x2 feet x2feet .The job includes excavation of pole pit refilling and removal of excavated material from the site and properly disposed off complete job in all respects .

Luminaries SITC of 120 watt LED Street Light Luminaries high power LED in Philips,Vipro,Syska or its equivalent make complete with all allied accessories including connection etc.

Cable Looping Box(connection Box) Fabrication, supply, fixing and confectioning of dust and weather proof, gasketted, canopy type connection box made out of 16 SWG MS sheet 250mm x 250mm x 200mm in size. The connection box is to be fitted with 2 Nos. MS 2 strips 250mm x40mm x5mm on its back side with 2 No. hole on each strip for fixing of box with strip by suitable size nut and bolts. The box shall be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of silver white Aluminum paint, complete job in all respect

SITC of 3 Core 1.5 Sq mm single core Copper wire from fixture to connection box along with necessary lugs etc. Complete Job.

Pole Bracket Fabrication, supply, installation and fixing of pole bracket made out of 38 mm dia G.I pipe medium class 1.5 Mtr long including accessories including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 no.s 40mm x 3mm flat iron clamps with suitable size nuts , bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc as required suitable for fixing of 120 W LED luminary a)Single Arm

G.I Pipe for Cable Protection along pole(Vertical Length) Supply, bending, threading and fixing of G.I pipe class-B, 40- 50mm dia, 3M long along the pole for protection of cable. The top end of the pipe be threaded suitable for fixing of connection box. The pipe is to be suitably bended to size for smooth entry of cable not less than 12 times the diameter of pipe as per diagram and complete job in all respects.
