ARMO of Electrical Installations and DG Sets at Outer Sites (R.R. Station and Outer Marker), New Delhi ( For two years 2021-23).

SH-I: Job Contract

Operation of 30 KVA D.G. sets with AMF Panel/Manual Control, Internal & External Electrical Installation, LT Panels on all working days i/c Sunday & holiday in three shifts operation at sites given below. The Wireman-cum-Operator shall note down all the parameters of D.G. set in log book, attend the electrical complaints and maintain the electrical installation at the site. The contractor depute folllowing minimum manpower as given below:-

R. R. Station (Safdarjung) 2 x 30 KVA DG Sets (a) Wiremen cum Operator - 1 No. in each shift. (b) Helper - 1 No. in each shift.

Fuel cost for running of DG set on per hour per DG set basis (contractor has to quote his running, handling & storing cost of fuel per hour for running operation of DG set which he has to assess according to the condition & capacity of the DG set mentioned below & as per special condition) at sites as & when required or as per direction of E-I-C.

SH-II: Rewinding/Painting Motor & Pump

Lifting & lowering of upto 3.0 HP submersible motor along with column pipe detaching one length of column pipe from rest of column pipe by opening nut & bolts in this manner taking out entire pump system and lowering of entire pump system in the reverse order of the above process i/c chain block and supporting pipes transportation, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Rewinding and repairing of single phase submersible motor of following capacity, to and fro transportation to workshop including testing complete as required (Agency shall be responsible for rewinding and repairing of motor-pump set for 06 months and dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer).

0.5 HP to 1.5 HP, Single Phase Submersible Motor

Rewinding of the following ceiling fan including dismanteling, transportation to workshop & bring back to the site and reinstallation, testing & commissioning as required (Dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer).

Ceiling fans upto 1400mm (i/c replacement of bearings, shaft, etc.)

Rewinding of the following exhaust fan motors including dismanteling, transportation to workshop & bring back to the site and reinstallation, testing & commissioning as required (Dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer).

Exhaust fan upto 450 mm.

SH-III: ACM of Split A/C Units, Water Cooler & R.O. System

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 1.5 /2.0 TR split type Air conditioner i/c complete indoor & outdoor units (i/c condenser) including the replacement of defective components and replacement of defective compressors by company Make compressor i/c comprehensive maintenance of voltage stabilizer for above units (wherever installed) complete as required at site. (Rate should be quoted for 24 months)

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of water coolers of 40/80 Ltr capacity including supply and replacement of defective components and replacement of defective compressors by company make compressor i/c maintenance of voltage stabilizer for above units (wherever installed) complete as reqd. at site. (Rate should be quoted for 24 months)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of of 25 lph R.O. System (Make: Kent, Model: Elite) including replacement of filters, pumps, membranes and all other spares including repair/replacement of electronic components complete as required at site. (Rate should be quoted for 24 months)

SH-IV: DSR Items

DSR (Electrical) 2018, items of Rs.2,00,000/- (Two Lac only ) (Rate should be quoted in the Indian rupees only) The payment of DSR items shall be released on the basis of perctange calcuation between qutoted amount and fixed amount of Rs. 2,00,000/-
