Removal of mulba and disposal of same within 500m lead including leveling and dressing of same at disposal site including all carriages loading, unloading etc complete.

Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation drains pipes etc not exceeding 1.5m in width and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan depth upto 1.5m including backfilling of soil and disposal of excavated soil to be leveled and neatly dressed including dewatering if required.

Extra for depth beyond 1.5m.

P/L hand packed stone solling including all carriages upto site of work.

P/L plain cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering in M-10 mix.

P/L of sand with compaction in trenches after laying of pipes including cost and carriage of material.

a). P/L of NP3 pipes of 150mm dia incuding cost of collar and cement jointing including cost of rubber gasket and washers complete in all respects.

b). P/L of NP3 pipes 300mm dia including cost of collar and cement jointing including cost of rubber gasket and washers complete in all respects.

Construction of manholes of internal dimensions 900 x 900 x 1200mm in M15 grade cement concrete with 150mm base laid on 100mm M10 cement concrete base course and 150mm solling sub base course, 230mm thick side walls in M15 grade concrete incuding plastering in 1:4 mix and cost of manhole cover 600 x 600mm built up section consisting of 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame and 6mm thick M.S. sheet complete in all respects including earthwork.

45mm thick cement plastering in 1:6 mix including cost and carriage of material.

P/L rubber moulded tiles in approved make, pattern, shape, colour in 1:3 mix cement mortar including cost of base mortar layer cost of pigment for filling joints and closeing of sides by cement concrete M15 grade.

P/L of 300mm dia NP3 pipes including excavation of earth 3’.0” width and 6’.0” deep (average). 150mm sub base course of soling, 150mm base course of cement concrete in M10 mix, jointing the pipes and filling of trench upto top by 2nd class sand, sealing of joints by rubber gaskets and concrete jointing (M20), disposal of surplus/extra earth from site and including timbering and dewatering if any complete jon=b in all respects.

Construction of RCC manholes in M20 of size 3’x4’x6’ internal dimensions, walls 9” thick RCC, bed 9” thick RCC incuding solling, mudmate, shuttering, plastering, reinforcement @ 1 % and cost of built up section manhole cover with locking/hinge arrangement of size 600x600mm, frame of 50x50x6mm angle section and cover of M.S sheet 6mm thickness with 100 mm thick top RCC slab complete in all respects.

Close timbering in trenches including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) for depths beyond 2.om complete. Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered.

P/L cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 including all carriages excluding cost of centering and shuttering.

P/L cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 including all carriages excuding cost of centering and shittering.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure in cement mortar 1:4 mix including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering incuding strutting, propping and removal of form for suspended floors etc.

Form work for edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls upto 200 mm thickness.

15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 mix with floating cost of neat cement slurry complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level (TMT bars).

Supplying and fixing of M.S. manhole cover 600x600mm built up section consisting of 50x50x6mm frame and 6mm thick M.S. sheet, hinges and lcking arrangements complete in all respects.

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth using quarry stone with bond stone.
