REPAIR AND MAINT TO GEYSER, CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FANS AND DOMESTIC RO ETC WORK IN CERTAIN BUILDING AT HQ 10 SECTOR RR AND 29 RR AT PATTAN GARRISON UNDER AGE (I) CIF (K)

Servicing of ceiling fans of capacity 1200/1400mm including taking down from site, dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws, canopy screws of suitable size and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing including replacement of PVC fan box round sheet as required on site and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor of size 3 core 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Rewinding and unserviceable parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured seperately).

M & L for taking down, opening, dismantling and taking out burnt winding wire by cutting, cleaning slots and re-winding of AC ceiling fan motor 1400/1200mm sweep any make with super enameled colour copper winding wire of gauge 35/36 SWG including, sleeve work, varnishing with 1st class insulation paper with threading complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Total weight of winding wire should not be less than 200gm Per fan. Make of winding wire: RR/ BIC/ Devidyal/ Swastik or equivalent make as per command approved list.

Servicing of Exhaust fans of size upto 750 mm sweep including taking down from site, dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws of suitable size and ensuring fan blades screwed properly before refixing and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor of size 3 core 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Rewinding and unserviceable parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured seperately).

M & L for taking down, opening, dismantling and taking out burnt winding wire by cutting, cleaning slots and re-winding of exhaust fan/wall mounted fan motor upto 450mm sweep with super enameled copper winding wire of gauge as per existing and approved from engr-in-charge before fitted including cutting and getting out old brunt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish, threading complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing only for replacement of old unserviceable gun metal bush of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm sweep as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing only for replacement of old unserviceable capacitor AC 440 volts 2.5 mfd with copper wire terminal including PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 6 above but of rating 3.15mfd.

Supply & fixing ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall/pedestal fan any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing only for replacement of old unserviceable shackle assembly kit (rubber real -01, MS split clamp -02 Nos, nut ,check nut,spring washer, bolt not less tha 6.0mm dia & split pin -02 Nos) suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing only in replacement of old unserviceable ceiling fan blades made of MS sheet duly powder coated of thickness not less than 1.0mm suitable for 1400/1200mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified & directed.
