Supply of 30M high mast shaft in three sections suitable for wind speed as per IS-875, with raising lowering system comprising, head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 16 nos luminaries in a symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. The Electrical accessories like powerplug & socket, Power Tool Motor etc. at the bottom of high mast shall be of flame proof type suitable for gas group IIA/IIB. Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchorplates and templates, adhering to Technical Specification.

Design and Construction of foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast as per site soil condition.

Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools, cranes, all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable ofsuitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq mm, lugs, 4 Pole isolator along with Junction BOX and all labour

Supply of outdoor stand mounted Flameproof-feeder pillar with 63A TPNMCB incomer, single dial time switch, 45A TP contactor for the automatics witching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors andraise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm, 50 sq. mm & 70 sq. mm and outgoing 16 & 2.5 sq.mm terminals including Erection of the mast feederincluding installation of the pillar by grouting in 1:1½:3 CC (1Cement:1½ Coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregated 40mm nominal size) foundation (300mm below the ground level & 450 mm above the ground level) including plastering on all sides of masonry wall with 1:4 cement plaster etc. as reqd.

Providing earthing with 80 mm dia, 3.0 M long GI (Heavy duty) perforated pipe as per IS:3043 (with latest amendment) including providing suitable earth bus for interconnection, providing a mixture of salt & charcoal, making earth pit chamber with chequered platecover as per standard Drwng. etc. all complete as per specif.& direction of Engineer-In-charge.

EXCAVATION OF EARTH FOR CABLE/PIPE LAYING FOR ELECTRICAL WORK Excavation of earth for cable trenches/laying of G.I. pipes for cable work in all types of soils including saturated soil up to a max. depth of 1.5 metres including shoring, strutting and bailing out of water (ifnecessary), back filling and compacting in layers not exceeding 20cm. thick to the finished ground level and disposal and dressing of excess earth with in alead of 50 metres all complete with labour and materials as per standards,drawings,specifications and directions of Engineer-in- charge.
