Schedule 'A'Section-I (Building Works)

Design, supply and erect pre-engineered building steel structure for Hangar of size 35mx25mx10m (clear side height) and Annexe both sides as shown in drawing with Alu-zinc colour profiled steel roofing sheets 0.55mm thick (TCT) (minimum) and yield strength of 550 Mpa in wall cladding and roofing including RCC foundation, anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items, rain water eaves gutters and down take pipes complete all as specified. Annexe both sides shall be designed and constructed with framed structure,RCC roofing(minimum 150 mm thick RCC flat slab) and one brick thick wall including provision of finishes,roof treatment,ATT floorings,sanitary fittings,aluminium doors and windows neccessory plumbing,750 mm wide plinth protection with saucer drain all around Annexe. NOTE: Aluminium doors, windows and windows to annexe shall be provided as per openings given in the drawings.Design/pattern are to be got approved by GE.(Note:Bird proofing net,electricity operated sliding door with steel frame, turbo air ventilators and flooring of hangar & ramp shall be paid separately).

S&F polyolefin bird proof netting for Hangar of size 35m x 25 m ,all weather proof co-polymer Method of knotting : Machine knotting using CNC machine with DSLS technology for anti slip knotting. Heat setting : Stream set for greater dimensional stability knot firmness. Diameter of the twine 1mm. Mesh size 25mm X 25mm (+ or - 2mm). Type of mesh :square mesh. TBS (Twine breaking strength): 22 KGF minimum. MBS (Mesh breaking strength) : 15 KGF. KBS (Knot breaking strength) 28 KGF. Colour : UV Black. Including framed work with iron angle, flat and weld mesh including painting for bird profing etc.

S&F Stainless steel turbo ventilator type Air ventilator of 4.2 kg - 12.5 kg weight with Glossy finished all as specified.

S & F one set of B 1 parting type power operated on steel sliding doors complete with top and bottom tracks to suit a clear opening of width and height (size 25m X 7.9m) all as per specification including safety beam/rail on either side of sliding gate.

Static water tank for fire fighting of capacity 50,000 Ltrs (Drwg No : STD-1394(STR) sh 1/1)

RCC Septic tank convetional type designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation,RCC M-30 Design Mix in walls,Base Slab,Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with vent shaft,manhole opening with cover, connection etc, complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for 25 users.

Sokage wells of internal dia 1.80m including excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1 : 3 : 6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size.

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), single core, flame retardant low smoke (FRLSH), PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked TEC and FIA approved in and including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit and its fittings, ISI marked, PVC junction boxes, mild steel sunken boxes (Terminal boxes) with earth dolly, duly painted internally & externally with two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer, covered with 3mm thick hylem sheet including flame retardant low smoke (FRLSH) PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified, for the following: -

Note: (i) Five runs each of one RM of 10.00 sqmm cable together with conduit shall be considered as 1 running meter for payment purpose.

Sub main wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with three (two for main & one for earth) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cables of size 6.00 sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade, drawn through & including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit of suitable bore and connected to main board complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Three runs each of one RM of 6.00 sqmm cable together with conduit shall be considered as 1 running meter for payment purpose.

Sub main wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with three (two for main & one for earth) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH multistrand copper conductor cables of size 4 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade, drawn through & including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit of suitable bore and connected to main board complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Three runs each of one RM of 4.0 Sqmm cable together with conduit shall be considered as 1 running meter for payment purpose.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, hermostate, NRV, connection piece etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32X6 mm galvanised iron stripcomplete all as specified and directed.

Earthing with 600x600x6mm galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including G.I. Strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead and connecting to the eqpt/machinery etc. incl charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate in alternate layer in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I-2009 including chamber made up of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S. angle iron frame, C.I. Cover, 20mm dia light grade G.I. Pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto M.S. funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed. DISPERSAL/TAXI AREA

Providing, Laying, compaction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications i.e Grading V, conforming to MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne to achieve the desired density, 200 mm thick compacted thickness, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing, Laying. compaction of Wet Mix Macadam conforming to MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) , 150 mm thick (compacted thickness,75 mm thick in two separate layers) with mechanically crushed graded stone aggregates and granular material ,grading of aggregates as per MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) ,including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density , required gradient and camber etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES: 1. The WMM shall be laid in two layers i.e each layer of 75 mm thick (compacted thickness). 2. For payment purpose,both layers shall be considered as one unit.

M& L for providing 125 mm thick (compacted thickness) DLC (Dry Lean concrete), grade M-20 (Design Mix) using graded stone aggregate including spreading, rolling and consolidating to required gradient and camber using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for supply and laying of one layer of polythene film (black colour) 400 micron thickness as per ASTM D2103/IS 2508 laid over and including 10mm thick sand layer(compacted thickness) with side and end overlapping not less than 300 mm all as approved by GE. note:- (i) Laps shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and will not be measured separately. (ii) Sand layer shall also be deemed included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour providing 250 mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) of flexural stength 45 kilogram per sq.cm using min 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, ( with maximum size of coarse aggregate upto 40mm) as per mix design, including non-circular synthetic fibre @ 0.25 kg/wt of OPC 43 grade cement polyester triangular fibre 6/12 mm long with circum diameter 30-35 micron, designed for melting point of 240-260 degree celsius and having specific gravity 1.34 to 1.4 as secondery reinforcement in concrete and necessary form work for laying in bays complete all as specified and as shown on drawings all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) construction joints, dummy joints (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. (iii) The PQC shall be laid using slip form paver cum vibrator of requisite capacity (iv) Necessary finishing of concrete surface by brooming while the concrete is green all as specified and directed v) Numbering/Date of casting of PQC slabs shall be done by engraving brass letters of approved size and thickness. (vi) No price adjustment shall be made for increase in quantity of cement content during execution work as per approved design.

Providing and laying expansion joint 25mm thick full depth of concrete using expanded polythylene form expansion joint filler pad in sheet form of brand 'Supreme capcell HD 100" or equivalent as approved by the GE and 30mm dia non cross linked Expanded polyethylene armour rod as per manufactures specifications. Density of expansion pad shall be 100 Kg/cum ± 10% and density of 30mm dia armour rod shall be 24 to 26 Kg/cum and filled with 10mm deep polysulphide (pour grade) RDL 941 EH, including painting of sides with polyethyelene primer applied in two coats with brushes on the sides of joint at an interval of 30 minutes, armour rods of approved quality fixed with suitable arrangements complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Polythylene shall be confirm to BS 5212-1990 and primer shall be graded RDL-942 of Cholsey or equivalent as approved by the GE.

Material and labour for forming construction joint 8mm wide upto 25mm depth of concrete to form joint using diamond cutter and filled with slab filled with polyurathene joints sealant compound using mechanical means to a depth of 10mm (depth min above the back up rod) with min performance gurantee of 10 years and min movement accomanadances factor (MAF) + 30 % conforming to the requirment of BS 5212 AND EN-141875-2003 for hydrolysis/water resistance test inculding two coats primer and providing 12mm dia, approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod, applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidnental slipage of seleant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the seleant and removing the masking tape after seleant is applied complete all as specifed and directed

Material and labour for forming contraction joint (dummy joint) upto 1/3rd to 1/4th depth of concrete slab (PQC) x 8 mm wide (using diamond cutter) an filled with polyurathene joints sealant compound using mechanical means to a depth of 10mm (depth min above the back up rod) with min performance gurantee of 10 years and min movement accomanadances factor (MAF) + 30 % conforming to the requirment of BS 5212 AND EN-141875-2003 for hydrolysis/water resistance test inculding two coats primer and providing 10mm dia, approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod, applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidnental slipage of seleant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the selant and removing the masking tape after seleant is applied complete all as spcifed and directed

M&L Painting lines , dashes, arrows, letters etc. on pavement , roads and the like exceeding 10 cm width with aqua based road marking paints in two coats over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces etc. all as specifed and directed.

M&L for soil stabilisation by mixing with cement upto 2% of cement by weight of dry soil ot improve the subgrade modulus (K Value) to 4 Kg/Cm2/cm and compacted to 98% of MPD(As achieved by feild test). Mix to be done with mechanical means, spread and compacted with power vibrating roller to achieve 'K' value of 4 Kg/Cm2/cm and CBR value 98% of Modified Proctor Density complete all as specified and directed.

AIR CONDITIONING

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in copper coiling condensor unit built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 4 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity 2.00 TR

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity 1.50 TR.

Supply and fix voltage stablizer for automatic operation,single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & desined for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +-2.5% and capacity 5 KVA.

REFRIGERATION WORKS

Supply, installation and commissioning refrigerator, electric driven (single phase), capacity upto to 195 Litres, BEE frost free five star rating complete all as specified and directed .

Water purifier,advanced RO purifier with digital display of purity,9 ltr storge tank with UV including zero water wastage complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, instalation, testing and commissiong of Water cooler partially stainless steel electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal cooling cap 60/120 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of Desert cooler electric driven (single phase) with outer body made of PGI (Plain Galvanised Iron) sheet not less than 1.20 mm thickness for fixed part,thickness of PGI (Plain Galvanised Iron) sheet for shutter not less than 0.80 mm thickness,front grill made of PGI (Plain Galvanised Iron) sheet with minimum weight 2.80 kgs,overall outer size not less than 66 cm X 66 cm X 99 cm (Height) ,copper wounded fan motor having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 cum per hour and submersible pump for required flow of water complete all as specified and directed.

Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250V copper wound with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5 % and of capacity 0.5 KVA.complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing ductile iron pipe of nominal dia 100mm, centrifugally cast, ISI marked (IS : 8329 amended upto date) class K-7 socket and spigot (S&S) and with and including push on type EPDM ISI marked (IS : 5382) rubber gasket jointing including zinc coating with finishing layer of bitumen coating on outside of pipe and ordinary portland cement lining from factory from inside of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (i) DI fittings and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The measurement of pipes shall be net as fixed between the fittings incuding short lengths, without any allowance for cutting & waste and for the portions entering the sockets of the pipes & fittings. (iii) No separate payment for cutting of pipes and no allowance for cuts necessiated during the work shall be made. Cost of all the above aspects shall be deemed to include in the quoted rates of above items. (iv) During Excavation any damsge to electric,water,BSNL,any communications cables repair cost may included in quated rate.

Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire, 4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC M-25(Design mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i)The unit rate includes for protecton pipe 15mm and GI earth strip 4mm from top of earth plate upto 7.50 metre above ground level. (ii) If desirable earthing result not found re done earthing without any extra charge until get required earth resistance. (iii) The result sheet of earthing may submit to sub division level by contractor.

DG SET WORKS

Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete static silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 62.5 KVA , water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum with AMF panel. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet , outlet return inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Chandigarh (Capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) anti-vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and Comprising of followings:- (i) ENGINE (Prime Mover) : Diesel Engine 1500 RPM , direct injection ,4 cylinders ,four stroke, confirming to ISO3385TCIGM-C2/BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering 62.5 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Chandigarh (NTP), (Taking all derating factor into consideration) complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per OEM recommendations and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system including batteries with electronic governor and Engine protection system (Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Cont..)

(ii) Alternator : Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 62.5 KVA Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. (iii) BASE PLATE : Made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specification. (iv) AMF Panel: AMF control panel suitable for 62.5 KVA DG set consisting of overlod relay, under current relay, phase failure detector, battery charger, delay timer consisting of quick auto or manual mode with bypass system.AMF panel shall be floor mounted, front operated cubical paneloutdoor type fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet including meter connection and copper busbar suitable for use at 415V, 3 Phase,4 wire, 50HZ system comprising of the MCCB 100Amp, 4 pole, 25KA breaking capacity, overload, short circuit and earth fault protection alongwith LCD display. Digital multifunction metering alongwith CTs and RYB indicating lam, Copper Bus bar of rating 250Amp. (v) The contactor shall supply two year maint spares for the above Gen set: (a) Fuel fitler element -12 Nos. (b) Lub oil filter - 12 Nos. (c) Element air cleaner outer-06 Nos. (d) Element air cleaner Inner-06 Nos. (e) Filter lub oil by pass - 02 Nos. (f) V Belt -02 Nos. (vi) Fuel Tank: Inbuilt fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufactures recommendation capble to store 12 hrs running of DG sets with all pipes, oil level indicating gauge, drain and air vent blug etc. (vii) Warrenty for Battery shall be two year from installatoin fo Gen Set.

Note: For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of credit sch for buildings and other services i.e Sch 'A' section XIII (i.e Rs 9993.60 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
