Repair/ Rewinding of submersible motors and booster pumps and cleaning of UG sumps at Nimu Military Station

M&L for Lifting and lowering after repair of defective submersible pump set including motor with suitable T&P and safety precautions of any type and size from the bore well along with column pipe including disconnection electric and water supply connection as required and aside for re-use after repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for transportation of submersible pump motor set/ booster pump of any capacity and type from the site to nearest civil work shop for for necessary repair work and bring back to the same location after carryout the repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for dismantling following spare parts of submersible pump and motor and separating the unserviceable parts cleaning the serviceable parts, re-metalling machinery polishing and re-assembling including replacement of old parts and necessary painting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old unserviceable parts replaced will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Rubber 'O' Ring for submersible pump set and motor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Rewinding of Submersible pump motor with heavy duty ISI marked superior quality water proof rewinding copper wire of suitable gauge for 20HP submersible pump set including opening/ dismantling of motor, removing rotor & unserviceable parts, replacement of insulating materials, filling of material on the worn out/undersize spot of shaft by welding or any other process and machining/ grinding or any other process to make the shaft to proper size and fixing of following unserviceable parts with new one, assembling & testing on completion all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair/Maintenance of booster pump motor set complete with electric motor winding and pump impellars with all acessories re-winding after cleaning of core with suitable and standered size copper conductor and insulaint materials including taping soldering bracing etc. including of capacity 15 to 20 HP, including pump motor set transporting charge, Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Supply and fixing motor bushing upper and lower including facing of motor shaft 15 HP, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Supply and fixing motor bushing upper and lower including facing of motor shaft 20 HP, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Supply and fixing thrust bearing including washer suitable for 15 HP submersible motor horizontal type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Supply and fixing thrust bearing including washer suitable for 20 HP submersible motor horizontal type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for filling gland doori of size 3/8" for arresting the water leakage for water pumps and sluice valves all as directed by Engg-In-Charge.

M&L for Supply and fixing in replacement for PVC insulated and sheathed multi strand 3 core flat 1100 volts grade electric copper cable for submersible of size 10 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells, L&T, Paraflex

M&L for drain out the water from RCC underground water storage sump of any cap and any type and cleaning of internal/external portion of sump by applying one coat of lime wash incl removing all dirt, dust and vegetation with the help of wire brush and cleanig out side portion of UG sump and making open the end of drain out pipe line (removing any obstruction,soil against opening of pipe), cleaning and painting the same, incl painting of all inlets,outlets,overflow CI/GI pipe line with synthetic enamel paint (as per pipe colour coding) and marking flow of water with arrow mark with synthetic enamel white paint incl painting to outer/top portion of sump with existing colour or as directed, incl making black ground for marking and writing of date of cleaning, due date of cleaning, capacity of tank in font size & colour as directed by engineer -in-charge (Note - The rate quoted deem to be included the cost of any chemical for cleaning, accessories & T&P for cleaning, painting of well. No any extra cost will be paid to the contractor to any account on this).
