M&L for providing and laying water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom and kitchen etc by applying cement slurry mixed with two component Elastomeric Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approved in TI 5/2003 including demolition and removal the same from site of existing treatment of any type. The following procedures to be adopted during the execution of work :- (i) Demolition of existing treatment of any type including cleaning and removal of debris from site. (ii) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. The layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (iii) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. The layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (iv) 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions above the treated area. Sl Item No 1.036 Contd.,

Sl Item No 1.035 Contd., (v) Ponding the treated portion atleast 48 hours. if any leakage/seepage observed the entire procedures will be repeated without any extra cost. (vi) Provide 40mm dia light grade GI spout at the lowest point with 30cm projection beyond the out face of the wall. (vii) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E-2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate). Note :- (i) The sunken slab sloped towards outer face so as the drain the water to GI Spout pipe. (ii) Coving shall be provided at the junction of slab with the wall. (iii) Nahni trap shall be 10mm below finished floor level. Ensure the drain of pipe dia is larger than the nahni trap size. (iv) The outer end of the spout should be chamfered.

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any type including cement plaster 15 mm thick and providing screed bed/rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) mixed with and including supply of approved water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions by removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foreign materials by jet or dry air, cleaning the surfaces mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth and applying APP modified water proofing membrane as per IS 1654-2017/IS 16352-2017, 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.60kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster/HMHDPE matt black finished over compatible primer/bonding bitumen @ 0.40 Litr/Sqm and torch applications of membrane with 75mm side overlap and 100mm end lap after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturer's instructions and applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint on top @ 0.10 litre/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded stone aggregate) in copings, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, leveling concrete for Roof slab, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed

Material and labour, for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in paving / plinth protection, laid in panels, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for 100 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in pavings / sub-bases laid in panels complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, 25 mm thick, Plain Cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded agg) as in floorings, with surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing rubbish off the premises and disposing outside MD land and providing Material and labour, for Vitrified tiles flooring with Light shade 8-10 mm thick (Square / rectangular), tiles, not exceeding 0.36 Sq m, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy grout to match with colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing rubbish off the premises and disposing outside MD land and providing Material and labour, for Vitrified tile, skirting/dado, light shade with 8-10 mm thick tiles of area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sq m, on vertical rates as in skirting, dado, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles over and including backing coat of 10 mm thick CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing rubbish off the premises and disposing outside MD land and providing Material and labour, for non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Grade B-IIA), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sq m but not exceeding 0.11 sq m, as in flooring, set and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing rubbish off the premises and disposing outside MD land and providing Material and labour, for coloured Glazed ceramic printed tiles, of size 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick (Grade B-IIA) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy grout to match with the colour of tiles, laid over and including provision of backing coat of 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and in any position, providing material and labour, for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite work (of any type), table rubbed and mirror polished), in single piece in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platform and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, making hole for gas pipe, edges made half round, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable plate rack, supply and fix new Stainless steel plate rack of 0.63mm thick sheet, size 600mm x 750mm and of weight not less than 4.5kg each complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repairs, Vitreous china snow white, wash hand basin of size 550 mm x 400 mm excluding chain and plug and porcelain stopper including brackets, supply and fixing of 32 mm dia, PVC corrugated / flexible waste pipe, 800 mm long and with brass waste coupling of 32 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling of water tanks of 500 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (double layered) of 500 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No 91 here-in-above, disconecting and but re-fixing disconnected tank after carrying out repair works.

Dismantling of water tanks of 1000 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (double layered) of 1000 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No 93 here-in-above, disconecting and but re-fixing disconnected tank after carrying out repair works.

Supply and fix in repairs, 20 mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, gun metal, globe or gate valves 20 mm bore (ISI marked) with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, gun metal, globe or gate valves 25 mm bore (ISI marked) with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank of capacity exceeding 300 litres, but not exceeding 1000 litres (fixed on roof), setting aside (or lowering if required), cleaning, removing all scales, dirt from tanks, from mouths of circulating pipes, etc., and hoisting / re-fixing / re-connecting in same / new position, writing date of cleaning with white paint, (height / size of letters / figures not less than 10 cm in height, re-fixing serviceable ball valve, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters, soil / waste / vent pipes / rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., Supply and fix, PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia, type B (Conforming to IS 13592), single socketed in any length with solvent cement joints laid under floor or on walls fixed as soil / waste / vent pipes with Stack clamps made out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for Sl Item Nos 99 & 100 : Provn of necessary scaffolding for replacing defective pipes shall deemed to be included in quoted rates, and nothing extra will be admissible in this regards.

Material and labour for spraying antiweed / non toxic solution / chemicals containing Glyphosate as per manufacture instructions and removing the weed including the roots after ensuring complete de-germification of plant/weed and cutting down the plant/trees off from roof/top sides of external walls of bldgs, in chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of GI/CI/AC/PVC pipes and taking out roots entered in wall/slabs, including making good the surface using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or cement mortar (1:2) or brick work in CM(1:4) plastered with CM(1:4) to match with existing surface and repairing the pipes and joints which was affected by cutting down/taking out process all as specified and as directed for plants / trees located in the buildings upto four storey high, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Contractor has to execute the work of de-generated plant/weeds as per the prior approval and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of Roof height not exc 30RM /inaccessible roofs height not exc 10RM) by removing all scale, dirt, mud, any foreign material, accumulated silt, other dirty substance, algae, fungus, leaves etc deposited over slab and making good the distrubed surfaces to match with existing surface and removing the material so obtained out side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Contractor has to submit the phtographic record of work done (before and after the work done duly annoted the Building No/Location) at the time of claiming the payment (RAR/Final Bill). No payment has to be made without submit the photographic records.
