Draining out the old existing unserviceable compressor oil from the AC plant compressor of any capacity and type, supply and Charging of suitable/ same as existing make Compressor Oil complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and re-filling of Refrigerant gas R-134A / R-22 / 407 complete all as directed. Make : Refron/Mefron/Freon

S&F new hermetically sealed scroll compressors suitable for package type air conditioner of 5.5 TR capacity, after taking down the old unserviceable compressor, with mounting assembly such as rubber springs etc., after disconnecting all electric connections, including alteration of refrigerant piping suction and discharge, pressure testing the complete system with nitrogen after carrying out repairs, flushing out the complete system, vaccumising and gas charging with R-22 refrigerant gas to obtain designed cooling closing of suction and discharge valves complete all as specified and directed. Notes:1. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for Copper Brazing rods, Nitrogen Gas, LPG Gas Tins, copper filter and capillary, pin type valves as required at site 2. Refrigerant Gas will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

Suppy and fix 3 pole 315 amps MCCB having current carrying capacities with adjustable thermal and magnetic settings,50 hz with 16 KA rupturing capacity at 415 volts, including provision of copper cable/extended terminals of suitable rating from MCCBs to busbar and connection LT cables with suitable size aluminium lugs including dismantling the unserviceable MCCBs from panel boards complete all as specified and a directed as per site requirement.

EXPANSION TANK FOR CHILLED WATER AND S & F in replacement of PVC/HDPE expansion tank of 1000 litre capacity with pressure rating to suit the system pressure and sized adequately to compensate for water expansion due to operating temperature variations, conforming to IS: 2825- 1969 for 'non-fired pressure vessels' complete with inter-connection piping, non-return valve, safety relief valve and pressure gauge, insulated with 50 mm thick elastomeric insulation and cladded with 26 gauge aluminium complete with accessories as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix HRC fuse of 125 Amps capacity of any model after removing old unserviceable hrc fuse of same capacity as per site requirement

Supply, installation, testing and balancing of factory fabricated four bolt with TDF flanges rectangular GSS ducting of thicknessm 22 gauge including neoprene rubber gaskets, supports, hangers, nut bolts, splitter dampers, vanes, canvas connections complete as per specifications etc

Supplying and fixing of duct thickness 13 mm duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

Disconnecting and isolating the compressor upto 20 to 45 TR capacity AC plant of any make electrically and mechanically from the system. After pumping down the system, opening the end cover gear system, checking of the high speed gears, low speed gears, male & female rotors, bearings, overhauling of the same, replacing of the wornout spare parts, supply only unserviceable spares like trust anchor, roller, tapers, Gasket set re-assembling, refixing back to the system, flushing of the system with dry nitrogen (N2), charging of the oil checking of the oil pressure, leak testing and gas charging complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Supply of crank shaft, pistons, piston rings, Piston pin, connecting rods, half bearing, suction / discharge reeds, brass washer, thrust washer, shaft seal, internal oil filter, section filter, SH 68 Oil, suction / loading springs, wall plates, gasket seal etc which are mentioned in the scope of work and deemed to the amounte quoted. (b) Compressor oil and Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately. Labour charges,pressure testing/leak testing deemed to be included in the scope of the work.

All as per item No. 30 above but of compressor in 50 to 95 TR capacity AC plant.

Descaling of condenser any capacity by circulating descaling agent (DC-96) through condensers by forced feed method by removing the end covers of the condensers, cleaning the each tube of condenser thoroughly by brushing, re-fixing the end covers with new rubber gasket, nuts bolts, washers and testing complete all as directed.

Opening covers of AHU, descaling of the AHU coil/ Condensor coil to bring down the high pressure, cleaning of the dust particles formed on the coil system with diluted 'ASFOCLEAN' chemical or Caustic Soda by pouring on the coil with leg pump or mechanical system till the clearing of the dust on the coil as primary wash and using detergent powder or surf water as final wash, testing complete all as directed.

Engineering charges for inspection, testing, programming & commissioning, draining, vacuumising, re-filling including replacement of spares, re-commissioning, pressure testing of 20 to 50 TR capacity AC plant of any type ( including packaged type ) and make to run the smooth functioning all as specified and directed (work should be carried out through OEM) Notes:1. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for Copper Brazing rods, Nitrogen Gas, LPG Gas Tins, copper filter and capillary, pin type valves as required at site 2. Refrigerant Gas and major spares will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

Leak / pressure testing of the system of water cooled chiller unit of 20 to 45 TR capacity of AC Plant with nitrogen (N2) pressure. After evacuating of existing gas from the system in to empty cylinder by separating the entire system like compressors, condensors, cooling coil and refrigerant lines and rectifying of the leakage including cutting, welding, brazing etc and reconnecting with ‘O’ rings, washers, gaskets etc and flushing out the Nitrogen and vacuumising, recharging the taken out refrigerant gas complete all as directed.

Disconnecting the unserviceable VFD panel from the existing position, supply and fixing in replacement to VFD drive a new Star Delta starter of capacity suitable for 20 HP motor complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down micro process based control panel (PCB) of chiller package 25 to 45 TR, of ANY Model,Type and Make of AC plant and replace the unserviceable PCB, supply and fix new PCB to micro process based control panel of same capacity and refixing to chiller package and programing to the entire panel for smooth functioning, testing complete all as directed. Note : The work shall be executed through OEM of make Blue Star.
