Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10sqm)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineer in-Charge. 60mm thick Cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineer in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Landscaping Works: Supply, fitting, fixing, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Carriage complete in all respect of various Landscape Lighting, Fountain, sitting arrangements and architectural works (schedule of items as per statement); including plantation (as per statement) excluding road works, including labour, tools and equipments for any works involved complete as directed. Rates to be inclusive of GST and any other taxes as applicable.

Modular Kitchen Works Supply, fitting, fixing, installation and carriage of all hardwares necessary for making modular kitchen, including cabinets, hinges, accessories, sink and faucet, complete with laminates and finishing with required granite and tiles work. Providing and Fixing of wall cladding stones along the walls made of concrete & other recycled materials with high compressive strength around 22.5 N/sq. mm and abrasion resistant, exterior grade applied with polymer based adhesive with good adhesion strength and fast curing with dimensions 60x240xll (LXH), TO BE APPLIED WITH THE ADHESIVE APPLIED AS A UNIFORM SCRATCH COAT FIRST AND INDIVIDUAL PIECES OVER IT. THE PROTECTIVE TRANSPERANT SEALER COAT TO BE DONE ALL OVERALL WITH THE HELP OF A BRUSH in the final stage for a maintenance free cladding altogether. Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of Glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-incharge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately.
