Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 lean concrete type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing liquid and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for applying Nitroproof 600 Pa, minimum 0.8 dft over a priming coat of equivalent product on horizontal and vertical surfaces all as manufacturers instruction as in sunken slab surfaces. (Note :- Fill with water and check for dampness and seepage. In case the slightest indication of seepage/leakage is noticed, the same shall be rectified by the injection of grouting to seal all cracks or application of polymer modified mortar FORSRO Nitrobond SBR of equivalent product admixture the integral WPC or cementitious crystaline waterproofing compound in the effected area to seal all cracks and micro cracks if any additional coat of Nitroproof 600 Pa. This shall be done by contractor at his own cost).

S&F 40mm bore HDPE pipe as in spout pipes in sunken floors complere all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete masonary or surfaces other than fair face of brick work with water proofing compound finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces on ceiling including finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove dust, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre etc compete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring (mirror polishing) 20mm thick over 15mm thk cement screed base laid in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20mm thick over 15mm thk cement screed base laid in mortar 1:4 in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement/ to match the stone slab complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons incl granite slab in kitchen platform laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for 20mm thk Granite Slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and 20mm thk cement screed base laid in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing) removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling coarse in flooring finished even and fair under floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic colour tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) polished , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250 x 7 mm / 450x350x7 mm thick , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and above 10mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 as backing coat complete all as specified and directed

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7mm thick of size 400mX400mm in floor set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including cement screed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
