| 1.00Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc: 1. To carry out periodic / scheduled inspection and maintenance of entire system as per the OEM recommendations. 2. Attend and rectify the minor breakdown, if any, within 24 hours of reporting the problem and rectify the major breakdowns within 72 hours of reporting. 3. Periodic inspection and maintenance for Air Conditioner system 4. Refrigerant filling including: a. Any leakage in air conditioner will be checked in every point by soap solution. b. Vacuum formation in the system by means of vacuum pump. c. Refrigerant charging (R410A/R407C) with the adjustment of high and low pressure cut offs. d. Ensuring proper cooling within the PCR room, operator cabin and rest room. 5. Repair /replacement of any defective/ faulty parts of the Plant Air Conditioner on the machine. 6. If a machine remains breakdown for a complete month, no payment shall be made for that machine in that particular month. | ||||
