Earthwork in excavation by Mechanical means up to a depth of 2 in below the existing ground level tor foundation, trenches Of foundations, footings Of column/ walls, retaining walls, septic tank etc. including bailing out water where necessary and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified for the following classification Of soils ln ordinary rock (soft rock/ medium rock/ hard shale)

Providing soling with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete Stone soling - 100mm

Plain cement concrete works in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc below plinth level as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). 1 :3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars up to lst floor level, conforming to relevant I.S. Code for Ft.C.C. work/ a.a. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20 G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (Rates inclusive of all wastage, lappage, hooks, chairs, anchorage etc. and no measurement for the same is required) TMT Bars

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, slabs, roofs having slope up to 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to first flcor level, excluding the cost of centerlng, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement M20 or 1 :11/2:3 (1 cement: 11/2 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, pre-moulded and pre-polished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations Of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish ctc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab up to 0.50 sqm

Direction sign board with Retro reflecting sheet providing 600mm H/S square pipe for the post and frame with 25mm H/S square pipe fitted with GI sheet of 2mm thickness for pasting the letters and background including painting 2 coats with approved quality paint.
