Outsourcing of services for running Tubewell No 18 & fire fighting Plant in MH daily round the clock in 3 shifts ( 8 hours for each shift) by employing FGM - 01 No in 166 MH.The contractor shall employ qualified FGM having ITI diploma from the recognised institution with minimum 2 years experience or having 7 years experience in related field in operation water supply installations.The plant is consisting of the following:- (a) Centrifugal pump set of cap 40 HP - 1 No (b) Jockey Pump 10 HP - 01 No (c) Centrifugal pump set coupled with 40 KVA Engine -1 No (d) LT Panel with accessories- 1 NO (e) UG Sump of capacity 20000 Glns. (f) 01 Lot of control valves (g) Submersible Pump 25 HP-01 No (h) Chloronome plant - 01 No

Note.for Srl No 1 to 5 :- (I) FGM deployed by the contractor will also be capable to carry out minor repairs of pumping sets/sluice valves , be responsible to entire operation of valves and adjustment of valve ,Control panel,starter ensure proper functioning of Pumping set, sluice valve etc.( safety precaution of the employee will be the responsibility of the contractor) (ii) Safety precautions to be followed while handling the chlorinarion plant Dozing 0.5 PPM to 2 PPM as per requirement of site condition contractor shall maintain the daily log sheet of chlorine consumption as per given format by Engr-in-Charge (iii)24 Hrs will be considered is one day, FGM shall attend the telephone (telephone will be provided by the contractor ) while on duty and will attend the complaint and keep the record of complaints (iv) The contractor is responsible for safe custody of plant (v) The cost of maintenance of documents installation charts and daily records i.e log sheet as clarified under relevant particular specifications shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted for the above item (vi) in case of operator found absent from duty due to any reason a penal recovery of double the rate quoted by the contractor per shift per person shall be made from contractor dues. Decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final and binding. (x) Contractor shall provide all safety precautions /tools as per IE rules and dress to the operators and maint of attendance register /loogsheet . (xi)Pol for running of DG sets shall be supplied by Department
