REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF UG CABLE, PAINTING OF PANEL, POLE, SUB STATION FENCING ETC UNDER GE (MCTE) MHOW

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.01 above, but depth exc 1.5 Mtr and not exc 3.0 Mtr deep complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling approved fine river sand in trenches as cable cushion to the full width of excavated trench, under and over cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured)

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm including taking down old unsv cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base, foundation filling of the pole, including dismanteling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping for poles,including dismanteling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4), type B1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of poles including including dismanteling necessary use and waste of form work and finishing exposed surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of Vegitation/ undergrowth/ bushes and tree branches in the premises of E/M installations (sub stn) by using mechanical bush cutter and surface excavation, JCB where deemed necessary and cleaning the creepers growing on the fencing of installation and removal of waste vegitation to the nearest dust bin or location as directed of periodicity complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note:- Any T&P and transportation required for removing of Vegitation from installation deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for spraying chemical GLYPHOSATE 41% SL (roundup) on area to remove unwanted vegetation/ grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- (1) Labour and equipments to spray chemical on required area are including in quoted rate. (2) spray will be repeated quarterly or as per diredtion by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and spreading graded stone aggregate of size 40mm for transformer yard/ substation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling (topping up) of transformer oil EHV as per IS 335 of 1983 Part-II after dehydration & testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable CT in LT Panel of rating 200/5 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable CT in LT Panel of rating 400/5 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable Ammeter in LT Panel 0-60 Amp CT Operated complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Make as per existing size to avoid panel cutting work.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable Voltmeter in LT Panel 0-500 volt complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Make as per existing size to avoid panel cutting work.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable Seletor switch in LT Panel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of old earthing pit with Factory Made precast earthing pit of size 400 x 400 x 300mm & 65mm thick with top cover, made of PCC 1:2:4, type B0, (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate), cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling LT poles of any description and any size including demolition of Cement Concrete (as/if required) and made good disturbed Ground complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Unsv Poles will be dismantled at Ground Level and disturbed ground will made good as directed for which Earthwork, demolition of Cement Concrete, etc. will not be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Stay Assembly complete with Accessories as show in Electrical Plate No.1 of MES Schedule Part-I, diameter of Stay Rod 16mm, size of Plate 230 x 230 x 6mm including taking down old stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthwork, Cement Concrete, Mild Steel Stay Clamps with Bolts, Nuts, Stay Strand, Loop Insulator etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

Material and labour stay stand of size 7/3.15mm to keep the pole in true vertical position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for loop type insulator vitreous white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90 x 65mm, clearance of hole 16mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Shifiting & fixing for Steel Tubular Pole obtained from item no 8 including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Aluminium Primer (Externally from Top of Coping) and bottom of pole to be painted with syntaic enamel paint of alternate Yellow & Black Strips (4 Nos each Strip 150mm wide) with synthetic Enamel Paint, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthwork, Cement Concrete, etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

Printing and fixing of printed name of location/ place for all incoming and outgoing MCCB in LT Panel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Heat shrinkable LT sleeve for all incoming and outgoing cable of different sizes in LT Panel complete all as specified and directed.

Printing and fixing of printed paper/ sticker of size 21 x 29.7 cm (A4 Size) in LT Panel as detail provided by office (approx 40 word) in exiting substation board complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in welding of old exiting LT panel of any size. Note:- repairs to LT panel boards complete with necessary welding works to door, replacement of unserviceable hings and all drop bolt, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in painting of old rusted LT panel of any size with one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint of approved colour internally and externally complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of multistranded copper conductor, flame retardant, low smoke (FRLSH), PVC insulated & outer sheathed Al- Mylar tape individual and over all shielded unarmoured instrumentation control cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 12 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Dew guard of size 150 x 150 x 2mm make HENSEL Cat Part No HDE 150 or equivalent make including taking down old unsv dew guard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of protection relay Micom P122 complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/ servicing of Battery charger including replacement of bridge rectifire of make SEMIKRON model no SKM400GB12T4 with gate trigger circuit IC and ammeter (0-75 Amp) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treatment of existing high resistance earthing pit by pouring of salt water solution made of 20 ltrs of water and 5 Kg of salt in the trench to be prepared all around the existing earth pit with radious 60 cm from the centre of the earth pit to the centre of the trench with a depth not less than 30 cm below ground level complete all as specified and directed and levelling/ returning filling of earth surface.

Labour for Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of Road (minimum 1.0 METRE below the Road Surface with the help of G I Tubing not exc. 80mm bore (dia) for passing of UG cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI Pipe laid will be measured and paid separately under appropriate Item.

M&L for scrubbing out old paint external surfaces of 2 pole structures consisting of cross arms, GOD assy with pipe, DO fuse assy, clamps etc., of any description and applying one coat of Aluminium paint by mannualy all as directed. This rate inclusive of painting all minor items such as clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts and washers which is not particularly mentioned in the structures & Each job will be measured and paid.

M&L in replacement for Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90 x 60cm x 5mm & copper earth strip 32 x 6m all as per IS-3043 1987 all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and payment will be done only after complete testing and getting result of earthing less than 1 ohm. and gbfc (graphite-70% and alumina-30%) material should be not less than 50 kg in weight also the PH Value of chemical compound must be in between 7 to 9 and weight of electrode must not be less than 12 kg complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for chain link MS galvanised fencing any size any type complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, iinstallation, testing and commissioning LT Panel outdoor type (CPRI approved) mounted and fixed with PCC foundation, made out of MS sheet factory assembled & factory fabricated out of 3.15mm thick sheet steel with suitable size MS angel frame duly spray painted with two coats of gray synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparatiion of surface, with required civil works & with and including 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars 200 Amps with suitable size porcelain insulators & wiring with copper cable of suitable size, connecting including indicating lamp LED type for each phase, incl in built industiral type locking arrangement, front operated and back openable incl necessry arrangement for fixing with suitable clamps, nuts & bolts etc. The panel pre wired with PVC insulated copper conductor danger notice board, feeders marked, and including taking down old unserviceable LT Panel complete all as specified and directed. Supply and jointing LT kit, heat shrink type suitable for 1100 V, XLPE, UG aluminum conductor cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm 3.5 core and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator, made of MS sheet of size 200mm x 150mm x 3mm thick, spot welded with angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5mm thick, 750mm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block 30cm x 30cm x 40cm in ground including one coat of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and writing with white paint showing size of cable HT/LT complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length, provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I Including neccessary excavation in disintergratedand hard soil and 20mm dia GI pipe with funel for watering PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr -in -Charge.

M & L in replacement of Factory Made precast cable duct cover with two no perforations with bar of size 1150 x 450 x 100mm, made of PCC 1:2:4, type B0, (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate), cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of galvanised iron strip of size 25mm x 4mm for earth contunity conductor including taking down old GI strip of any size complete all as specified and directed.
