REPAIR & REHABILITATION WORKS (AS PER BOQ ATTACHED) Drilling and installing the 12 mm dia holes about 100 mm to 200 mm deep (Nozzle spacing should be as per the methologay "Nozzle spacing") on the member wall avoiding microfine cement location. Cleaning the holes with compressed air and spiral brush to make it free from drill dust. Fixing twin lock nozzles of 11 mm dia OD (to sustain pressure up to 10 Kg/cm2) in 12 mm dia holes, with epoxy putty as directed. The Cost is inclusive of tool & Tackles, scaffolding, Labours etc and the work shall be executed (upto six stories builgs). Complete in all respect. Made of PVC with non-return valve fixed with Expoxy.

Injection Grouting - Low viscous epoxy grouting in cracks: Providing and executing injection / pressure grouting in cracks in the parent concrete by fixing PVC nipples at 500mm distance or specified distances as per design and detailed specifications. Pressure grouting using low viscous epoxy grout shall be done at required pressure etc. complete as per specification and approvals, labour, tools tackles, scaffolding, etc. complete as directed by EIC. Payment shall be made on basis of quantity of actual grout consumed. Chemical use Fosroc or equivalent

Expose the first joint of masonry structure at ground level horizontally. The plaster must be knocked off at least 50 cm beyond the visibly penetrated area. Damaged mortar joints are to be scraped out to a depth of approximately 2-3 cm. Drilling Holes: Drilling holes 10mm diameter in masonry structure along the side of the joint as per manufacturer's instructions so as to cross the brick/block at the intervals spacing of 15-30cm depending on extent of rising dampness as per recommendation of engineer in charge. Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Install latex polymer packer injection packers 9.8mm diameter, 10cm long in the holes and tighten. Fix the packer securely using sealant. Cutting of Packers: Cut the packers after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Supply and apply of a 3 part, very low viscous, elastic polyacrylic injection resin with a versatile and adjustable reaction time having Mixed viscosity : 3-11 M.pa.s at +20 Deg C, Reaction time : adjustable according to ambient temperature and execution requirement between 8-50 mins, pH – 9-10, tested as per Wissbau No. 2002-094-(1A) – Function test with re-injectible hose system. The holes should be drilled until a depth of approx 5 cm (for a 6cm thick wall) before the end of the wall is reached. Pump injection of polymer resin compound at >20 bar into or behind fissures or into masonry joint which are allowing water to infiltrate into unwanted areas. If voids in masonry being injected contain insufficient moisture to activate the grout inject a small amount of water prior to injecting the grout. When movement stops or polymer compound appears at the packer move to the next packer and inject. If the dampness is heavy, inject similarly at next joint line. Chemical use Fosroc or equivalent.

Rust Removal: Cleaning of rust / scales / corrosion from reinforcement bars should be carried out using rust remover, having a combination of acid based material, corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents, Reebakleens RR of Fosroc or equivalent having Specific Gravity 1.16-1.22 @ 25°C. The material to be applied to the rusted metal bar for a complete wetting of rusted metal surface, using brush and leaving it to dry for 30 Mins. & washing surface with fresh water as required to exposed reinforcement bar including labour, tools, plant and machineries complete as per detail specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The mode of measurement will be for the concrete area prepared. Chemical use Fosroc or equivalent

Anti Corrosive treatment to Steel: Providing & applying inhibition coats/system to exposed reinforcement bars & also new bars, after cleaning & removing scales and rust completely, Nitozinc Primer Std. of Fosroc or equivalent, two component epoxy zincrich primer based on metallic zinc and epoxy resin which on mixing gives a grey coloured liquid Anti corrosive coat containing Active 'Zinc-rich' system which combats corrosion by electro chemical means. The zinc rich primer shall have specific gravity of 1.5, DFT-25 microns/coat, Fully dry/Recoatable- 45 minutes to 1 hour, it shall be applied at 25 microns dry film thickness. Typical application includes surface preparations by cleaning steel surface to a bright condition paying particular attention to the back of exposed steel bars, mixed two components slow speed heavy duty drill fitted with a paddle mixer, applying unbroken coat with suitable brush and allow to dry, after 30 mins apply second coat to ensure complete cover to exposed steel/ rebar etc complete as approved by engineer-in-charge shall be used as per manufacturer’s specification in two coats including all labours, tools and machineries, plants, necessary surface preparation and necessary protection after and during work. The mode of measurement will be for the concrete

Epoxy bond coat: Providing and applying Nitobond and equivalent EP Std bonding agent which shall be a solvent free epoxy based two component resin system . The bonding agent shall be applied by brush & should remain in tacky state after application for a minimum period of 5-6 hrs at 20 deg C & 2-3 hrs at 30 deg C. The product shall achieve 40 N/mm2 compressive strength, 15 N/mm2 tensile strength, 25 N/mm2 flexural strength and 11 N/mm2 bond strength as per BS 6319 standards. The adhesive bond to the concrete substrate shall exceed the tensile strength of the host concrete,etc complete. (The new repair mortar/concrete should be applied within overlay time of epoxy bonding agent mentioned as per manufacturer's data sheets).Chemical use Fosroc or equivalent.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strata surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairly rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Chemical use Fosroc or equivalent

M&L for followings :- (i) Removing plaster & finishes all around the columns, slabs & beams (on all four side of column to full height , three side of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to area as directed) (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible) (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed) (iv) Cleaning exposed concrete substrate by using water jet. (v) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved. Supply & applying of rust removing chemical to remove rust from existing reinforcements. (The Engr-in-charge may order sand blasting if rust is visible) (vi) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.

Jacketing Fe 500D grade new reinforcement, Supplying , fabricating and fixing Fe 500D grade bars in the RCC member including cutting ,bending and welding the same to the existing reinforcement wherever required (the diameter of the rods may vary from 10mm to 25mm) as per drawing. The welding should be done with good quality approved welding rods, (wherever required)

Fe500 grade shear connectors : Providing and fixing of shear connectors of not less than Fe500 grade and of 10mm dia, 200 mm in length in holes of 16mm dia and 150mm deep, at every 500mm c/c on the faces of the columns in staggered form in the galleries. Rate inclusive of cleaning of holes with compressed air or water jet to remove all the dust etc and fixing of shear connectors using polyester resin anchor grout Fosroc Lokfix E45T. The chemical should have ETA approval for Diamond Drilling, LEED Compliant VOC Level, Seismic C1 & C2 testing as part of EAD 330499-01-0601.Lokfix E45T poses following properties Compressive Strength -100 MPa, Flexural Strength - 15 Mpa, Shore D Hardness-90, Thermal Conductivity - 0.65W/m.K.

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- (I) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make : Master Emaco S46T of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed including M&L for use & waste of form work using steel sheets , steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed. Note : Form work shall be 100% leak proof. The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is included in this item.The cost of formwork is also incl in this item.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

For Guniting Purpose, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2mmas reinforcement to concrete surface and any additional reinforcement if required as replacement of existing corroded reinforcement, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guniting mix using one part of OPC 43 grade and two part of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guniting machine and surface finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork (guniting work to be carried out up to 10 metre height) complete as directed at site Note :- (a) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25 kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instruction. (b) when polymix concreting in taking condition, guniting is done with polycretes admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycretes admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer). (c) The Cost is inclusive of tool & Tackles, scaffolding, Labours etc and the work shall be executed upto siz stories bldgs complete in all respect.

M& L for fixing rebar of required length & diameter for structural connection in RCC slab, Beams and similar situations including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain concrete upto depth minimum 100 mm or as per manufacturers specification, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy Arcylate based anchoring adhesive at all heights and levels, 16 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 12 mm dia reinforcement bars all as specified & directed (TMT bar shall be measured and paid separately).

MISCELLANEOUS BR WORKS M & L for Providing and injecting chemical chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate for Post Constructional Anti termite Treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 ltrs per linear meter including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron.

M & L for Anti termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate @ one ltrs per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors all as specified .

Providing & injecting chemical emulsion at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 ltrs per hole by drilling holes at a down ward angles of 45 degree at 150mm center to center & sealing to same.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition (Parapet wall) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design mix) M-25 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in fins, slab ,facias, louvres, parapets, and railings, newels, balustrade, and the like complete.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia & over as in reinforcement of columns, beams, RCC, slabs, chajjas, lintels etc cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hoping for columns, hooking ends and welding the new reinforcement with old steel bars complete.

Note for item No 2 & 3:- (i) Cutting chases for concealed conduit and making good in cement mortar is deemed included in unit rate. (ii) No cutting shall be done in the roof for laying PVC conduit for ceiling point wiring. In this specified portion wire shall run through the existing conduit or surface new conduit shall be provided as required. (iii) In case the wiring is encountered with any beam/column, then the wiring will run on surface to avoid any damage to the RCC portion.
