Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of pipe or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and depth exc 1.50 m or part thereof beyond the first 1.50m depth for foundation, laying of pipe or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L reinforced cement concrete 1:2 :4 type B-1 ( 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bases for column, basement, slab for pit chamber including MS handle or roof slab for water tank etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up/down old CI water mains 450 mm dia including connection/fittings from trench/wall/floors/ from under construction bridge for replacement / re- use in old/new location/diversion etc by burning out existing lead joints/tyton joints/rubber gasket joint etc. including opening of nuts, bolts, cutting by welding , broken PCC thrust block taking down manually or lifting by crane and removing from site without disturbing adjacent infrastructure of other agencies complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up/down old MS water mains 450 mm dia including connection/fittings from any position or from under construction/ demolition bridge, cutting by welding , broken PCC thrust block taking down manually or lifting by crane and removing from site without disturbing adjacent infrastructure of other agencies complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying & testing ERW steel including specials of nominal dia 450mm heavy duty confirming to IS 3589 (1981) of thickness 8.00mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : unit rates quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of (i) All fittings such as bend, reducer etc shall be febricated out of ERW steel (ii) Pipes are to be laid in any length as per site requirement (iii) All cutting welding of jointing materials of appropriate size (iv) MS pipe shall be hanged/fixed in centre of newly constructed bridge of PHED alongwith MS angle, wooden supporting block and rubber pad anti vibration.

M&L MS studs, nuts and bolts of any size and length with suitable mild steel washer for jointing of flanged pipes/valve gland etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for Run Lead joints suitable for 450 mm bore cast iron spigot and socket end pipes and fittings including dismantling of old worn out joint by burning out old lead etc and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 ( Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling, and mass concrete including demolition of old cement concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L MS flange of size 450mm with suitable number of holes including making surface of pipe with grider on any position including ERW welding as required with rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel cross arms, bracing, supporting clamps and back plate febricated out of Structural staeel sections, angle iron, ISMB including nuts, bolts, and washers, welding , bending , hot or cold, cutting , drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for CI/DI fittings 450mm bore for relaying portion of DI pipes, spigot socketed pipe as bends ( any type, radius and angle) tappers any type, ( straight bend, increasing/decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, Y junction double branch, Cross ( all socket or socket and spigot) Collars , caps and plugs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, sluice valve (heavy duty) with heavy duty stainless steel spindle conforming to IS 14846 (2000) both end flanged class PN 1.6 of size 80 mm dia including necessary nuts,bolts washers and gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cast iron air valves with two air outlets confirming to IS 14845 of size 80mm dia and fixing in MS ERW water supply mains of size 450mm dia including making hole and welding complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for item No. 1 to 16 : (i) Contractor's quoted rates is deemed to be inclusive of all T&P, machinery, Excavator , DG set, required for the purpose of execution of the work.
