M&L decorative cornices/moulding using POP of cross sectional dimension exc 13Sqcm and not exc 25Sqcm as per pattern and design as approved and fixed in position and applying two coats of oil bound distemper emulsion paint over a coat of primer matching with the colour of ceiling sheets all complete as required as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed .

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm & 5mm) mixed with liquid water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions, finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item.

M&L 30mm thick factory made moulded PVC door shutter wood free consisting of frame made out of MS tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 20mmx40mm for stiles as well as top, bottom and lock rail. M S frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make and manufacturer. The inside penal shall consists of 20mm thick multi-chamber hollow PVC section of 1mm wall thickness, bonded using solvent cement/cyanoacrylate adhesive with 5mm thick moulded PVC sheet of density 600Kg/Cbm with 2,4,6 raised panel design in plain/prelam colours after routing the moulded design on one side of the inside panel. 5mm prelam PVC sheet to be pasted using solvent cement/cyanoacrylate adhesive on other side of the hollow PVC section. All the four edge of the panel to be sealed with lipping of 10mm thick & 20mm wide PVC sheet baton (made bysticking 02 Nos. from PVC sheets of 5mm thickness using PVC solvent cement adhesive. Door edge liping to be painted with PVC ink of matching colour of prelam mouded PVC sheet of door. 20mm thick (5mm x 4Nos) thick PVC sheet to be given for lock provision at lock height. Door to be fixed with frame with 3 Nos stainless steel but hinges of size 100mm x 25mm x 2mm & 50 mm long steel screws drilled suitable to pass through both the walls of the MS tube other hardswares should be fixed with 25mm x 8mm size still screws etc completed all as directed.
