General Servicing of following capacity of DEA sets of different makes and models under various exchanges comprising of following jobs i/c Transportation, Labour charges & material required for servicing i/c minor material required for healthyness of DG set etc. as reqd. (A) Cleaning & greasing of the parts. (B) Tappet setting as per standard. ( C) Fan belt, tensioner pulley and lever adjustments. (D) Tightening of all the nuts, bolts and clamps. (E) Testing & checking of AC & DC Wiring. (F) Checking of Supply & return fuel pipes from fuel tank to engine. (G) Checking of FIP timing by Fuel cut off method. (H) General servicing i/c cleaning of DG panel. (I) General servicing & complete cleaning of DG set (J) Servicing of Self Starter and Charging Alternator/ Dynemo. (The cost of associated parts shall be paid as per items given below). (K) Cleaning of Radiator (In case water cooled)

NOTE: After servicing the set, a trial test also be carried out by the firm for 30 minutes and check its performance . This item shall be paid only after submission of desired report duly verified by concerned telecom authorities.

Supply and fixing of 12 volt battery charging alternator on the existing DG set in place of existing faulty battery charging alternator i/c making connections testing etc. complete as reqd. ( Any ISI Make )

Replacement / Supply of the following parts in existing Diesel Engine Alternator set / DG Panel I/c dismantling of faulty parts, fixing the new in place of faulty parts i/c, connection, testing etc complete as reqd.

Supply & fixing of 12 volt battery of following capacity for E/A Sets in full charged condition, making connection, testing of E/A set etc. complete as required. (Note: Battery should be of atleast 24 months warranty (18 month full replacement + 6 month prorata basis). Manufacturer warranty card with dealer stamp shall be submitted along with new battery). Replacement 63 amps four pole OFF load change over switch in steel enclosure capable of working 415/500 V i/c drilling hole on the board, making connection, earthing the body etc. as reqd. ( Make - HPL , Havelles Make )

Dismentalling of existing Silent canopy/ open type DEA set at TE buildings from with the help of crane/chain pully along with all accessories such as fuel tank, silencer, control panel , exhaust piping , cabling etc. i/c dismentalling and making good the same etc. as reqd.

Extra for shifting/unloading of existing Silent canopy/ open type DEA set upto capacity 75KVA from roof of the building to ground floor/transportation vehicle i/c dismentalling of sound proof canopy, engine, alternator, fuel tank, electric control panel, silencer etc as required to shift/ unloading of DG set and re-assembling the same etc complete as required

Transportaion charges of Existing Silent canopy/ open type DEA set upto capacity 75 KVA with all accessories to the destination i/c. loading and unloading as required ( site up to 100 Kms i/c. to and fro distance) Note: This item is meant for shifting of existing DEA set from existing station to new station.)

Extra transportaion charges for DEA set beyond 100 KMs( i/c. to and fro distance) with all aceesories up to the destination etc. as required Note: This item is meant for shifting of existing DEA set from existing station to new station.)

Installation ,Testing & Commissioning of existing Silent canopy/ open type Shifted DEA set along with all accessories with the help of Chain pully/crane on existing C.C foundation /floor i/c fixing of all accessories , control panel , connection of earth strip , power & control cable connection testing on load after comm. of the set etc complete as requird.

SITC of 4 pole, 63 Amp Rotary type Change over switch suitable for three phase power supply, Auto Change over switch type in the existing panel i/c fixing the same, rearrangement of wires, connection as recommended by EIC etc complete as required. ( Make - HPL , Havelles or S.S. Make )

Repairing of Fuel Injection Pump (FIP), Nozzle & Injectors i/c dismantling, transportation of Pump, cleaning, repairing, testing and refitting the same on the existing E/A set i/c replacement of faulty components etc. complete as reqd. (Service & testing shall be done at authorized work shop and its report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge).
