M&l for draining out complete transformer oil from transformer upto 1000 KVA capacity at site which found minor repair and storing the oil in suitable container (container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re-use (after repair) and lifting of core assembly by opening of top cover and other items for inspection/examination of core assembly, after mainor repairs its fixing in original position, or for major repairs transformer to make it ready for transportation to carry out rewinding work in workshop (Transportation charges shall be borne by the contractor against item No 4 & 5 of schedule ‘A’ here in after)

Disconnecting electrically indoor/outdoor stepup / stepdown transformer of capacity upto 1000 KVA from HT/LT terminals and lowering down/getting out from 2/4/6 pole structure/plinth or inside sub station for major repairing/minor repair complete all as specified and directed .

Transportation of unserviceable transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA from site to workshop and return back for installation it on original position/location after repairing from workshop (Rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation, T&P and man power) complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No 3 above but of capacity above 400 KVA to 1000 KVA

Shifting of serviceable transformer of capacity upto 1000 KVA from MES store Yard/Sub Stn (indoor/outdoor) for installation in place of unserviceable transformer and back after replacing with repaired transformer

M&L labour for alternative arrangement by hiring, transportation of transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA in place of unserviceable transformer on hire basis for 25 days including, installation, connecting and testing of transformer and return back after installation of repaired transformer complete all as specifed and directed.

Note : (i) Repairing of transformer have to be completed within 25 days no extra cost will be paid toward hiring charges beyond 25 days . Moreover contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer . In case any fault /burning /peeling of painting and any other defects occured in hired transformer the contractor shall have to made good himself from his own expenses.

(ii) Contractor should check the available infrasturcture and to be sure regarding safety of hired transformer before installation . The rete quoted is deemed to be include transportation cost, earthing lead etc. (iii) In case the defective transformer not repaired & installed on its site within the specified period of 25 days from the date of handing over to contractor a panelty recovery @ Rs 1000 /- per day will be charged from his dues. During this period contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer . No extra cost beyond 25 days will be paid to contractor on this account.

All as per item No 6 here-in -before but capacity of transformer 315 to 400 KVA.

Material and labour in factory opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts & washers etc and taking out core assembly from tank by disconnecting from tap changer HT & LT side bushing stud to outside by dismantling the channel and disconnecting star delta connection for transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA . After dismantling of Transformer and physical joint inspection of core coil assembly (removing all 3 limbs HV &LV winding from Core Assembly) washing of core assembly by hot oil for removing brunt carbon and copper particals and cleaning of complete top yoke by oil. reassemble of complete core assembly and core coil assembly providing new coils and new tap leads of tap changer including requisite insulation material. Re Tanking tightening of top cover fixing of HV & LV Bushing, tap changer connection, WTI & OTI Connection and CT connection. Filling of oil, conservatior tank ready for final testing all as directed in presence of rep of MES.

Note : (A) In case of replacement of LV / HV bushing / spindles / rewinding of HV / LV coils / top changer etc will be paid separately under respective items (B) Following test shall be conducted before installation & commissioning. (i) Insulation Resistance Test (by 5000 V megger) (ii) Ratio Test (ii) Double voltage & double frequency Test (iv) Transformer oil value BDV test (v) Tap changing test of load for all tap position .

All as per item No 09 here-in -before but capacity of transformer 315 to 630 KVA.

All as per item No 09 here-in -before but capacity of transformer 750 to 1100 KVA.

Supply only HT coils for rewinding with copper wire DPC/super enameled high quality matching with existing gauge and impedence including requisite insulating paper/material in each layer of winding after taking down old existing winding of HT coils of 11 KV trasformer complete. Note : (i) The rate quoted against these items is inclusive necessary provision of all types of insulating materials , heating and varnishing etc.

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but LT coils with copper strips.

M&L for ON load Centrifuging and dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 11/0.433 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule here-in-after as supply only.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in transformer or for topping up as required and directed

Supplying and fixing in replacement (at site/workshop), Porcelain Transformer bushing on LT (440 Volt) side, including brass stems conical bush and gasket after disconnecting electrically and mechanically for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA and re-connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note.The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transforer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and suitable size pad type bus bar almuminium and nut bolt washers etc.

Disconnecting electrically & mechanically outdoor transforemrs upto 1000 KVA capacity, lowering down/getting out from plinth carefully for repairing /making of plinth of transformer and re- connecting electrically and mechanically after repairing/making of plinth , testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The rates quoted is deemed to be included for hydra, men power and other items required for temp energization of transformer. (b) Plinth work shall measured and paid separetely under items of sch of work here-in-after.

M & L maintenance free earthing complete with earth electrode of copper bonded low carbon steel core of 3 metre long, 17.2mm dia buried directly in ground and tappered at thebottom (digging or auguring of earth to the required depth as specified and directed) and filling up with carbon based earth enhancing compound in slurry form 30 Kgs bag - 1 No, provision of exothermic welded copper clamp of size 25mm x 3mm x 150mm to the electrode, copper earth strip connected by means of polymer chamber with cover, including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and as directed

Note : 1) The work shall be executed under supervision of Engineer in charge. Ii) Cost of earth strip and GI protection pipe for earth strip shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items. M&L 32x6mm galvanised iron strip in replacement for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically & mechanically indoor/outdoor transforemrs upto 250 KVA capacity, lowering down/getting out from plinth, 4/6 pole Structure carefully for prevednt/stoping for leakage of transformer oil (at site/sub station) including opening of top cover, draining out transformer oil and other items and storing the oil in suitable container (container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re -use) including replacement of all unserviceable gasket, after repairing/stoping of oil leakage the same re-connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed Note.The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transforer oil, T&P, hydra, gasket, opening/closing of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers etc.

All as per item No 35 above but of capacity 315 KVA to 630 KVA complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fill in replacement silica gel for transformer complete all as directed

M&L for construction of plate form with PCC Block masonry Masonry platform of size 3m x 3m x 1 m hight , PCC(1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate built in CM 1:4 complete with and including necessary excavation & earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation , rendering 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on sides and top of the brick work , upto 150 mm below ground level , supply and fixing of 02 Nos MS Chennels of size MC 100 for balancing of Transformer embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 , top surface of plateform shall be provided with 100 mm Thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 10 mm steel TMT bar , including provn of steps in one side of plateform and all the outer face of platform shall be given with two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed .

Supply installation & commissioning in replacement of maintenance free batteries of capacity 12 Volt of 180 Ah suitable for 11 KV control panel complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of 2/4/6 pole structure for loose filling under 2/4/6 pole structure / along the transformer plinth in side the fencing area after cleaning/surface excavation including taking out grass/herbs and filling of aggregate complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for crushed stone aggregate of size 20mm, for loose filling under 2/4/6 pole structure / along the transformer plinth in side the fencing area after cleaning/ surface excavation and including making boundary around the 2/4/6 pole structure/ transformer fencing area using PCC Block masonry etc, complete all as specified. Note : PCC Block masonry shall be measured & paid seperetely)

Material and labour for comprehensive and preventive maintenance of transformer including taking shout down from main substation and drain out the transformer oil and to be collected in barrel by opening the transformer cover of capacity upto 1000 KVA by unscrewing the nuts, bolts and washers and kept in safe custody and reuse the same, and checking the any type of leakage from both HT and LT side including cleaning the sludge etc depositing in the core and tank by using soft brushes and clean with old transformer oil, refilling of transformer oil including refixing of top cover including nuts, bolts etc and testing the input & output voltage and adjustment of the voltage through tape changer if required complete for entire satisfaction of engineer incharge.

Material and labour for comprehensive and preventive maintenance of VCB taking proper shout down & isolate the HT electric supply and taking out the trolly of VCB HT 11 KV 400 to 630 Amps of any make and type and servicing of all minor/major parts of the VCB by cleaning isolating contact moving parts, removing dust particle from the bus bar chamber spout gear mechanism, repair to motor charge spring mechanism, tightening of all nut & bolts of entire trolly component all as directed. test report must be submitted by the contractor. Note - Consumable item will be paid seprately.

Testing of earth resistance value monthly / quaterly / half yearly of any type of earth pits in any location with qualified electrician with helper including earh resistance testting equpment and record the value of earth resistance as per formate given by Engr-in-charge and submite the test report complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:-(i) the earth tester providee by the contractor included in the quated rate (ii) The stationary required for record the values is deemed to include the quated rate (iii) The watering arrangement for qouring in earth pits for enhance the value to be included in the quated rate)

M&L for Copper earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600mx600mmx3.15 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip 20x3 mm by by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass or steel and copper earth strip and connected to earthing test point / distribution board/equipments or any other indicated situation all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I (2009) and testing on completion including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling, removing of soil and 1.5 mtr length GI medium grade 20mm dia pipe with funnal and wire mesh, PCC chamber of 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate, 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c on both ways pre cast chamber cover with lifiting handle 16mm dia round bars, Gi pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for earth strip protaction including charcol, common salt complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Copper strip above to 7.5 mtr long shall be measured and paid separetly)

Restoration of HT/LT Supply system during breakdown by deploying all required tools & plants and with qualified persons / electricians at faulty site having gang of minimum 4 persons including transportation and other tools and plant required at site for fault rectification all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not come to the site of breakdown and start attending breakdown within two hours, a penalty of Rs 500 per fault per hour shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deduct from his dues. Materials required for the restoration shall be measured & paid seperetely.

Suplying and laying as replacement in sub station fixing 3.3 to 11 KV electrical insulation mat of size 5 mtr x 1 mtr x 2.5 mm thick specification as per IS 15652-2006 complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking out faulty underground HT/LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing DCW pipe/bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re-routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge . Note: (a) HT/LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately . (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks/DCW pipe will be laid in trenches for cable protection. (c) The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of Excavation, Returning fillingand, earth work labour charges etc.

Supply & fixing in replacement Contactor 4 pole of capacity 130 Amp type MCX 23, AC 415 Volts and connecting of existing LT Panel complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement Contactor 4 pole of capacity 200 Amp type MCX 33, AC 415 Volts and connecting of existing LT Panel complete all as directed.
