(b) Taking down old unserviceable legs from almirah large steel and S&F of new legs as per drg.

(c) Provn and replacing of handles chromium plated of approved quality.

(d) Provn and replacing of bar round 8mm dia which is operating three way locking system, complete all as specified and directed.

LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL-(Drg No. FD-257& FD-1029): Repair and replacement of old unserviceable components of locker bed side steel:- (a) Taking down old unserviceable legs from locker bed side steel and S&F of new legs as per drg.

(b) Taking down old unserviceable CP hasp & staple and S&F new CP hasp & staple of size 75mmx40mmx3mm.

(c ) Taking down old unserviceable CP handle 100mm long and S&F new CP handle as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d ) Taking down old unserviceable CP tower bolt and supply & fixing of new CP tower bolts of size 50mm long as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(e ) Taking down old unserviceable butt hinges & supply & fixing of new butt hinges of size 75mm long as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(f) Scrubbing old paint from locker bed side steel as required and denting as and where required applying putty to get steel surfaces smooth after preparation of steel surfaces painted with a coat of synthetic enamel paint OG shade complete all as speciified and directed . Make of paint :-Nerolac/Asian/Berger.

(g) Taking down old of unserveciable conduit pipe and supply and fixing new CP steel conduit pipe 20mm dia 1.6mm wall thickness with socket as per drg

Repair and painting of Almirah steel small/medium with duplicate keys (Drg No.67 M, FD-243, FD-340, FD-350, FD-1032) :- (a) Provn and replacement of locks MS 7 lever brass with 2 keys to be fixed with nuts and bolts of approved quality. Make : Harison/Godrej/Rina

Repair and Replacement of following components of Table Office Clerk steel ( Drg No. FD-1004) :- (a) Provn and fixing of top of pre-laminated particle board exterior grade type-II top one side teak veneered 18mm thick duly beaded with 4mm thick teak wood all around the top of all as specified. Make : Bhutan/Eco/Decco/ Novapan/Action Tesa.

(b) Provn and replacement of drawers of table wherever necessary all as specified and shown on drg.

(c) Provn and replacement of locks for drawers of approved quality and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

(d) Welding to be carried out wherever necessary as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

(e) Scratching of old paint and removing of forreign elements and apply putty, re-painting the whole table with one coat of OG paint over a coat of primer.Make of paint : Nerolac/Asian/Berger.

(f) Provn and fixing of rubber shoes to the bottom of legs of the table approved by Engr-In-Charge.

(g) Provn of supply and fixing of handle of drawer table office clerk steel, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair and Replacement of following components of Table Office Offrs steel ( Drg No.FD-1003) :- (a) Provn and fixing of top of pre-laminated particle board one side teak faced 18mm thick duly beaded 4mm thick of teak wood all around and as per drg. Make : Bhutan/Ecco/Deco/Novapan/Action Tesa.

(b) Provn and replacement of drawers of table wherever necessary as specified.

(c) Provn and fixing of rubber shoes to the bottom of legs of the table office Offrs steel approved by Engr-In-Charge.

(d) Provn of supply and fixing of handle of drawer table office Offrs steel, complete all as speciifed and as approved by Engr-In-Charge.

(e) Scratching of old paint and removing of foreign elements and supply putty, re-paiantng the whole table with one coat of OG paint all as directed by eng-in-charge. Make of paint :-Nerolac/Asian/Berger.

Repair and Replacement of following components of Table 3'x2' with Drawer stel ( Drg No.FD-1008) :- (a) Supply and fixing of top of table made of pre-laminated particle board (exterior grade) 18/19mm thick of teak shade, 20x4mm teak wood edging duly polished will be provided all round the top, complete all as specified and directed (Make :- Novapan/Bhutan board/Kit Ply/ Decco).

(b) Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of table 3'x2' with drawer steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel OG paint, all as specified and as directed. Make of paint : Asian/Nerolac/Berger.

(c) Supply and fixing of PVC shoes to table, all as specified and shown on drg.

(d) Supply & fixing of lock to the drawer of table 3'x2', all as specified and as directed. Make : Godrej/Harrison/Ring.

Table Dining ORs 6'x2' ( Drg No. FD-165) :- (a) Replacement of top of table dining ORs and providing new top made out of block board 18/19mm thick duly covered with aluminium sheet 22 gauge all as per specified and shown on drawing.

(b) Welding to be carried out wherever necessary, complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Provn and fixing of rubber shoes to the bottom of legs of table all as per drg.

(d) Painting of table dining OR after scratching of old paint and one coat of black paint, complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Make : Asian/Nerolac/Berger.

(e) Provn of 25mm, 16 gauge square pipe for the table dining ORs where required, all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Teapoy Verandah ( Drg No. FD-383) :- (a) Welding to be carried out and than scratching the points with scraper smoothinig the welding points in teapoy verandah, complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Removing of old top, supply & fixing the new top of pre-laminated particle board of size 18/19mm thick white shade of size 900x450x19mm with 4mm thick teak wood beading duly French polished all around, complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Painting of teapoy verandah after preparation of old paint and with one coat of paint PFU white, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Nerolac/Asian/Berger.

(d) Supply and fixing of rubber shoes to the bottom of legs of teapoy verandah, complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Provn of 'H' type stiffener at the bottom of frame 100mm above ground to the minimize the swing complete all as specified and directed.

Reparing of Chair Verandah and Recanning (Drg No.FD-369, FD-19, FD-256, FD-259) :- (a) Welding to be carried out and thenb scratching the paint with scraper and smoothening welding spots, complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Scratching of old paint and re-painting the chairs with one coat of paint white enameled, complete all as specified and as directed.Make of paint:- Nerolac/Asian/Berger.

(c) Supply and fixing of 19mm, 16 gauge conduit pipe to be provided in between of legs, complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Recanning of Chair Verandah with 4mm wide cane plastic half round Make : Primer/Shah brand/Super bazar, comp all as specified and as shown on Drg No.FD-19 M/FD-256.

Repairand Painting of Chair Tubular Steel with Arms (CBA) ( Drg No. FD-75 M) :- (a) Running welding to be carried out and then scratching the points with scraper, smoothening to welding spots in Chair CBA steel. (Per point 10mm).

(b) Taking out of old seat frames of chair CBA steel and supplying and fixing of new seats of sheeseham wood frame duly canned with 2mm wide cane plastic of half round in true Godrej pattern and bordering with 3mm wide cane plastic.

(c) Taking out of old back frame of chair CBA steel and supply and fixing of new back frame of sheeseham wood duly canned with 2mm wide cane plastic of half round in true Godrej pattern.

(d) Supply and fixing of 25mmx3mmx500mm long flat Iron suitably welded with Tubular frame of Chair CBA steel.

(e) Painting of chair CBA steel after scratching of old paint for smoothening with one coat of enameled paint OG all as per shown on drawing.

(f) Supply and fixing of new hand rest made of sheesham wood where required as specified on drg and as diredted by Engr-In-Charge.

TRESTLE STORE ROOM STEEL (Drg No.FD-1043) (a) Scrubbing old paint from Trestle store room steel as required & denting as and where required, applying putty to get steel surfaces smooth after preparation of steel surfaces painted with a coat of synthetic enamel paint Black to glossy finish paint shall be made of Berger/ Asian/Nerolac.

(b) Welding to be carried out wherever necessary, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sch 'A' Part-II (wooden Furniture)

Repairs and Replacement of following Components of Bed Ply Wood Top (Drg No. FD-245, FD-246) :- (a) Removing of old unsv head side board including legs of bed hard ply top supply & fixing of new head side board including legs made out of Ist class well seasoned sheesham wood frame of bed ply top and plywood teak face 3.5mm thick one side of the frame including taking out the old brokenb/unsv head rest all as specified & directed.

(b) Removing of old unsv plywood 12mm from the top of bed hard and supply & fixing of new ply wood 12mm thick commercial BWR grade ISI mark. Make : Century/National/Duro on top to the bed ply hard top, complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Polishing of bed hard duly repaired as required with French polish after smoothening the surfaces of bed, complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Removing of old unsv long rails of bed hard and supply & fixing of new rails well seasoned sheesham wood 75mmx50mmx 1960 duly wroughted and ends slightly rounded off, made to shape, complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Removing of old unsv stiffner of bed hard and supply & fixing of new stifeners of Ist class sheesham wood 40mmx50mmx 90mm duly roated made to shape, complete all as specified and directed.

(f) Removing of old unsv foot board including legs of bed hard supply & fixing of new foot board including legs made out of well seasoned Ist class sheesham wood frame and one side teak face ply 3.5mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

(g) Supply and fixing of 'L' type clamps of flat iron 150x150x50mm and 5mm thick where required between the head/foot board and long rails of bed to make swing free and fixing with 6 Nos MS steel screw of appropriate size, complete all as specified and directed.

TABLE CENTRE (Drg No. FD-235, FD-29, FD-275) :- (a) Removing of unserviceable top of table and fixing with new top of pre-laminated particle board exterior grade type-II 18mm thick, make : Decco/Bhutan/Novapan/Action Tesa, one side teak face and other side white laminated exterior grade. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided all around the top. Top to be fixed with frame with screw wood steel all as per drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

(b) Replacement of unserviceable legs of table centre with new legs of Ist class seasoned sheeshasm wood free from cracks/knots complete all as shown on drg.

(c) Replacement of long rails of table centre with new long rails of ist class seasoned sheeshasm wood free from cracks/ knots complete all as shown on drg.

(d) Polishing of table centre duly repaired as required on all exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

TABLE 3'X2' WITHOUT DRAWER WOODEN ( Drg No.FD-55,FD-41/42. FD-223, FD-224, FD-283, FD-284) :- (a) Removing of unserviceable top of table and fixing with new top of pre-laminated particle board exterior grade type-II 18/19mm thick one side teak face exterior grade. Make : Bhutan/Eco/Decco/Action/Tesa. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided all around the top of table. Top to be fixed with screw wood steel all as per drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

(b) Replacement of unserviceable legs of Ist class seasoned sheesham wood, all as shon on drg.

(c) Replacement of old unserviceable long rails Ist class seasoned sheesham wood all as shown on drg.

(d) Replacement of old unserviceable short rails of Ist class seasoned sheesham wood all as shown on drg.

(e) Polishing of table 3'x2' duly repaired as required all exposed surfaces with French polished all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

TEAPOY WOODEN (Drg No.FD-34, FD-278, FD-232) :- (a) Removing of unserviceable top of teapoy wooden and fixing with new top of pre-laminated particle board exterior grade type-II 18mm thick, make : Bhutan/Decco/Novapal/Action Tesa, one side teak face and other side white lamination exterior grade. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided all around the top. Top shall be fixed with frame with screw wood steel complete all as per drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

(b) Replacement of unsv legs with new legs of Ist class seasoned sheesham wood free from cracks/knots, all as shown on drg.

(c) Replacement of unsv front rails with new front rails of Ist class seasoned sheesham wood free from cracks/knots, all as shown on drg.

(d) Polishing of teapoy wooden duly repaired as required with French polish after smoothening the surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

(b) Polishing of table peg duly repaired as required with French polish after smoothening of surface of peg table all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

HAT STAND WITH MIRROR (Drg No.FD-233, FD-362) :- (a) Provn/fixing of brass hooks 150mm for hat stand as per sample approved by Engr-In-Charge/GE.

(b) Provn of new mirror 5mm thick as per size of drg for hat stand after taking out the blind mirror and properly fixing with beading as per drg.

(c) Provn of Key hooks for hat stand, complete all as specified and as dirrected.

(d) Replacement of born out block board of hat standing with pre-laminated particle board exterior grade type-II and fixing hooks and mirror as per drg and making the hat stand serviceable with teak wood edging all round, complete all as specified and as directed.

REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF FOLLOWING COMPONENTS OF SIDE BOARD (Drg No. FD-241, FD-1112) :- (a) Taking out the worn out top of side board and providing of new pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick, complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

(b) Taking out the worn out bottom of side board and providing the new bottom of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick, complete all as specified and as shon on drg.

(c) Taking out the worn out side of side board and providing the new side of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick, complete all as specified and as shon on drg.

(d) Taking out the worn out partition of side board and providing new partition of pre-laminated board 18mm thck, complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

(e) Taking out the worn out shutter of side board and providing the new shutter of pre-laminated board 18mm thhick, complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

(f) Provn of knob as shown on drg.

(g) Taking out the worn out Drawer of side board and provoding new drawer f pre-laminated board 18mm thick, complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

TABLE BED SIDE (Drg No. FD-276) :- Removing of old unserviceable Top,Bottom,Shelve and sides from table bed side where required and supply and fiixing new components of shape and size as specified in drg made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade:- (a) Supply and fiixing top of table Bed side and edging with 4mm thick teak wood beads.

(b) Supply and fixing of side to table bed side and front shall be edging with 4mm thick teak wood beads.

(c) Supply and fiixing of Bottom of table bed side teak wood beads & front edging with 4mm.

(d) Supply and fiixing of shelves 12mm thick particle board teak veneered to table bed side front thick teak wood beads shall be edging with 4 mm.

(e) Supply and fiixing of 6mm thik,5ply, type BB, commercial plywood on back of table bed side

TABLE WRITING (Drg No. FD- 275) :- Removing of old unserviceable top, legs, side rails and drawers from table writing and supply & fiixing new components made teak as first class hard wood specified on drg & as directed by Engr-in-charge:- (a) Top of table writiing made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade of size 1200x600mm with 4mmthick teak wood beading alround.

(b) Legs of size 35x55x717mm high having 5mmx5mm groove in section at top.

(c) Stiffener of size 25x50x1145mm to table wriiting.

(d) Stiffener of size 25x50x600mm

(e) Drawers of table writing made of 12mm thick teak wood planks and bottom shall be of 6mm thick.ply wood commercial and shall be provided with decorative type knob 40mm.

(f) Side rails long of size 25mmx50mm x1145mm.

(g) Side rails short of size 25mmx50mmx600mm.

(h) Shutter of cabinet made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with 4mm thick teak wood bead edging alround fixed with continuous type hinges,shutter shall be provided with decorative type knob of 40mm dia.

(j) Supply & Fixing of 6mm plywood one side teak face and other commercial to cabinet house of table writing to both sides and back as existing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(k) French polishing of complete table writing duly repaired as required with high gloss finish after preparation of surfaces.

Repairs and Replacement of following Components of Table Dressing Ladies (Drg No. FD-32/251) :- (a) Removing of old blind mirror from the existing frame and supply & fixing new mirror 5mm thick copper plated from back side without any defect in imager, air bubble and fixing on box on the table dressing ladies and making the table dressing serviceable and providing the new teak wood frame all-aroung the mirror and ply wood commercial 6mm thick and teak wood batten as provided in the drawings for proper fixing with body of dressing table ladies, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Atul/Modiguard.

(b) Removing of old unsv channel of table dressing ladies and supply & fixing the new aluminium channel and new sliding glass 5mm thick shutter with progvn of knobs of square glass fixed with adhesive, complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Removing of old unsv top, bottom, sides, partition and front of drawer and supply & fixing the same with pre-laminated particle board 19mm thick with teak wood edging all round and making the box of table dressing ladies serviceable complete, all as specified and diredte.

(d) Supply & fixing of fancy knob all as per sample kept in BSO yard, complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Polishing of table dressing ladies duly repaired as required (Old & new parts), com all as specified & directed.

TRESTLE STORE ROOM WOODEN (Drg No.FD-86) :- (a) Taking down/out cracked/broken legs & supply & fixing in posiition legs of size 400mmx100mm x100mm made out of (Ist class hard wood) duly wrought all as speciified and directed.

(b) Taking out of cracked/broken Side rail & supply & fixing news side rails of size 2440mmx100mm made out of (Ist class) duly wrought all as speciified and directed..

(c) Taking out of cracked/broken stiffeners and supply & fixing new centre stiffenersin position of size 610mmx65mm x100made out of (Ist class) duly wrought all as speciified and directed.

(d) Taking out of cracked/broken stiffeners and supply & fixing new centre stiffenersin position of size 1980mmx65mm x100made out of (Ist class) duly wrought all asspeciified and directed.

(e) M&L for applying one coats of creostie oil to trestle store room wooden, complete trestle store room wooden as directed by Engr-in-charge.
