Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing of diesel engine driven generating set with canopy as per , central pollution control board norms, 415 Volts 3 phase, 50Hz supply complete with suitable for giving an output of 15 KVA conforming to IS-1601 between temperature range - 15°C to +38°C (at J&K area ), Humidity 60% water cooled, A-I governing system with & alternator of suitable capacity and RPM coupled with each other & capable of taking 10% over load for one hour on every 12 hours with flexible coupling mounted on common base plate on anti vibration pads on foundation as recommended by manufacturer. The DG set shall comprise of Electric starter motor with batteries. The DG set shall comprise with Turbocharger liquid cooled & comprising all standard fittings. (a) Alternator Alternator 15 KVA output at 0.80 PF,AC,3 Phase,4 wire ,415 volts 50Hz, self excited self regulated, screen protected drip proof type with two end shielf ball/ roller bearing with damper winding in each pole faces as per IS-4722or BS2613-1970 all as specified and directed. (b) Diesel Engine Diesel Engine liquid cooled and electric start suitable to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, multi cylinder four stroke, cold starting, 1500RPM industrial type as per BS-649 Or IS-1601 with electronic governor suitable to regulate speed of DG set from No load to full load completed with fuel tank of cap as per manufacturer recommendations, fuel lines , exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope and with support and silencer mufflers etc for continuous operation and standard accessories, sump pre heaters etc all as specified and directed.

(e)All accessories prewired with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cable of appropriate size including connection from DG Set all as required at site including foundation as per manufacturer recommendations. (ix) PCC foundation in 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including excavation & earth work all as per manufacturer's recommendation. (f) Foundation (i) DG set shall be installed on the proposed foundation block including installation of new foundation bolts if necessary, cable duct, fuel piping GI piping (Medium grade ) complete all as manufacturer's instructions and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor. (ii) The complete generating set inclusive control panel base frame coupling etc shall be from the Engine & shall be assembled & tested at Engine manufacturer's workshop and test certificate shall be provided by contractor.

NOTE:- The engine shall be affixed with label meeting the following requirements (The label shall be durable and legible). (i) Name and address of the engine manufacturer. (ii) Statement that the engine conforms to environment (protection) Rule1986. (iii) Type approval certificate number. (iv) Date of manufacture engine. (v) The complete generating set inclusive control panel base frame coupling etc shall be from the Engine & shall be assembled & tested at engine manufacturer's workshop and test certificate shall be provided by contractor.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 12.5 meters, high mast Light conforming to IS-875 (Part - III) - 1987, made out of steel plates conforming to BS - EN10025 cut and folded to form a tapered polygonal section in two section top dia 150 mm sectional thickness Top-3mm, bottom dia 360 mm sectional thickness 3mm, suitable for wind speed of 180 Km/hour with double drum winch and stainless steel rope of grade AISI 316, 7/19 construction, 6mm dia, trailing cable copper conductor 5/4 core, 2.5sqmm, flexible insulatin, EPR/PCP insulated, PCP sheathed including power tools of 1/.5 HP capacity (motorised system for bringing up and down the lights), Numbers of ropes 2 Wire rope system, and aviation light (LED Type) lightening arrestor spike including feeder pillar made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet and suitable for mounting of MCCBs for connection of light and motor as per manufactures design. The mast should consist of 4 X mounting bracker of LED flood light fittings as per manufacturer design including material and labour for excavation and earth work and RCC foundation in any type of soil as per manufacturer instructions / design duly approved by GE and its errection should be carried out under the supervision of manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton Cat No. HM-12.5 B-LM-ACC or equivalent in Bajaj/Philips/GE or equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F Integral LED flood light luminaire of 100 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection. System efficacy ≥ 110LPW. Option for 3000K, 10KV SPD included, with all fixing arangement, nuts, bolts and washer connecting to electric system with 1.5 sqmm PVC copper stranded conductor 2/3 core as required length from light fitting to street light control box /control Switch on pole/Panel/Timer, testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: Crompton or equivalent in Greaves /Philips /Wipro /GE Lightining or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L for earthing complete with using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mmx 600 mmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 32X6 mm GI earth strip as earth lead moulded and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, GI earth lead incased in and including 50 mm dia GI ‘light grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg)duly reinforced with mild steel round bars 6 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia mild steel bars as in lifting handles with and including necessary excavation & earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor /wall all as per plate No. 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.. (Note : 1. If the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be re-done by the Contractor at no extra cost to govt.)

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, 16sqmm, 4 core, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable, laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells, Plaza, Indo asian cables, Kalinga.

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, 10sqmm, 2 core, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable, laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells, Plaza, Indo asian cables, Kalinga.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation ,laying of cables/pipes/poles etc., and getting out in hard/densesoil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but depth exc 1.50 but n.exc 3.0m deep complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding of 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus soil as obtained from excavation to a distance not exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable including spreading levelling watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying old size brick covering with width equal to length of brick as the mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing, 40mm dia light grade, Galvanised mild steel tubing, complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed for cable protacion. (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule).

Supplying and fixing, 50mm dia light grade, Galvanised mild steel tubing, complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed for cable protacion. (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule).

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoarsed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only street light Engineering plastic one piece moulding control box with locking arrangment made out of HDPE and FI clamp 25 x 3mm complete of dimensions in CM +/-10%(34x28x13) including MCB SP 6 Amp 240 Volts complete with 02 Nos aluminium bus bar or terminal two nos (2P-R/Y/B and N) of rating 63 amps for single phase and neutral on porcelain based insulators. Make : Sintex/ Hensel/ HPL/ Havells.

Supply, erecting and fixing the true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole(410 SP-31), 09 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap/final taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire lenght of pole, including two coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. (Numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size as directed). Note:- (a) Cost of numbering of pole shall be deemed to included in unit rate. (b) Excavation, Earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid for separately.

S & F GI bracket made out of GI pipe light grade of size 40/32 mm 1.2 m long cut to length bend to the required shape and 02 Nos mounting flat iron clamps size 40mm x 6mm, 04 Nos hexagonal bolts 10mm dia 100mm long with nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light luminaries 70/72 Watt having shall be made of single piece Aluminium Die cast with powder coated in RAL-7032 shade with heat distribution fins onhousing with UV stabilized toughned glass cover and should have secondary lens on each LED for better light distribution. The system luminaire efficacy should be > 110 LM/W with high power LED of Make : Philips/Osram/Cree/Nichia Make. LED driver should be potted and BIS certified with efficiency > 85 % frequency 50 HZ, Operating voltage range 120V-270V, current not more than 0.320 Amp, PF 0.95, THD (I) < 10 %, supported with 5 KV internal and 10 KV external SPD, Humidity 10% to 90 % RH, working temperature - 20⁰ C to 50⁰ C lige expectancy of LED should be 50000 burning houres with minimum 70 % initial lumene maintained, CRI >70. M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of PCC poles/struts as specified including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping around poles, including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and connecting 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core for pole box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for carrying out boring under the black top road for crossing of LT cable/protection pipe by any means without damaging black top surface of road for fixing of GI pipe upto 80mm bore under the road complete all as specified and directed.
