Materials and labour, brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight curved on plan exceeding 6 meter mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:6, including demolition of old bricks in cement mortar complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per item 1.00 here-in-above but except bricks complete all as directed. Note :- Serviceable bricks obtained from demolition against item no 1 here-in-before shall be reused.

M & L for rendering 12mm thick on wall in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster and preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying three coats white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on external faces of brick/concrete work surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including taking down old cement plaster and preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying three coats colour wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Dismantling asbestos cement corrugated ,semi corrugated, ridge etc sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Dismantling plain of corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

S&F 0.63 mm Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked bolt and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

S&F 0.63 mm plain galvanized mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drips and straight flashing (Length and Girths as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge..

Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mangalore pattern interlocking tiles Except Roof tiles, at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified.

M& L for Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Ridge or hip tiles Except tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M & L for Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Dismantling unframed timber scantling in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section ,in any position.

M&L for Plain fillets exc 13 & n. exc 25 sq.cm, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified.

Dismantling of unframed timber scantling Over 40 sqcm in purlins rafter etc, in any position complete all as specified.

M&L for Second class hard-wood in scantlings Wrought Timber un- framed and fixed complete all as specified.

Dismantling of wrought Iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for such as wind ties, valley gutter, supports etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge..

S&F wind ties/purlins fixed independently for roof including securing bolts, flat iron fillets(for securing weather boarding with screw bolts and nuts) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Fixing only wind ties/purlins fixed independently for roof including securing bolts, flat iron fillets(for securing weather boarding with screw bolts and nuts) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified. Note:- Serviceable MS Section obtained from BOQ Item No. 21.00 shall be reused.

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.completeall as specified

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling courseat roof padding complete all as specified.

M&L for Taking down existing roof treatment from roof and cleaning with wire brush to remove all loose particles and washing with water including removing the debris up to 100M distance including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & plastering in CM 1:3 , 15 mm average thickness over the roof surface using water proofing compound (including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement) as per manufacturer direction including finished even and fair without extra cement , complete all as specified and described as under :- (a) Preparation of surface and applying one coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm. (b) Supply & providing APP based polymeric water proofing membrane 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 kg / sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core including coating the surface with the compatible primer and torch application of membrane with 10 cm overlaps as required thereof, complete all as specified and directed . (c) Applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg /sqm over with one coat of aluminium bituminous paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm shall be applied. NOTE :- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufactures' or authorised applicator of manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

S&F for Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of designer tiles ( high pressure steam cured) of 4 mm thickness (as per IS : 14862) of size 595x 595mm and any one of the design ( cascade or Electra or equivalent) in true horizontal level, suspended on inner locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel section ( galvanized @ 120 Grms, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all 'T' webs) consisting of main 'T' runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15 x 32 made from 0.3mm thick sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main 'T' at 600mm C/C to form a grid of 1200 x600mm and secondly cross 'T' of length 600 mm and size 15 x32 mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of 1200 x 600 mm panel to form girds of 600 x 600mm and wall angle 15 x20x 0.36mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including required cutting / making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main 'T' runners to be suspended form ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners , GI adjustable rods of 3 mm dia with galvanised butterfly level clips , spaced at 1200mm c/c along main 'T' bottom exposed width of 15mm of all 'T' section shall be prepainted with politer paint and black painted grove at centre of size 4.0 mm depth and 4.5mm width, including dismantling of old ceiling complete, all heights as per direction of EIC. S&F powder coated Everest ceiling grid system of grid size 600x600 mm fixed to walls with rawl plugs and screws and hang to roof members with 4 mm dia GI wire comperising main tee of size 38 mm x 24 mm x 0.30 mm , Cross tee of size 28 mm x 24 mm x 0.30 mm and wall angle of size 24mm x 24 mm x 0.40 mm with and including S&F of 4 mm thick Everest designer ceiling (E-board classic) board/ tiles for insulation and acoustic purpose 595 x 595 mm size fixed with staples on snap grid as in ceiling , including dismantling of old ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
