Note: (i) MS flat,plate ,T-iron will be provided by SECL. (ii) Drum will be provided by contractor . (iii) Contractor has to also supply all other necessary material (nut ,bolts,riverts etc. ). required machines(welding machine etc.)& other consumable (welding rods,Cutting Gas etc.) at site (iv) Contractor has to ensure proper float of float structure in sump . (v) Suitably rated Hydra/Crane will be provided by Contractor at site .

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in buildup sections, trusses and framed work , including cutting , hoisting , fixing in postion and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : two or more coats on new work

Providing, Fabrication, cleaning , checking of leakage & fixing of drum in 60 drum Float

Providing, Fabrication, cleaning , checking of leakage & fixing of drum in 15 Drum Float

Installation of Pump motor set on 60 Drum Float and submerging the whole assembly in sump and testing and commissioning of float strucutre with necessary bend , footvalve, 8"/6" pipeline connections etc.

Installtion of 15 drum float structure and submerging the float in sump
