Providing/laying of 75mm thick wet mix on proposed surface with crushed aggregate of specified gradient as per IRC / MOST specification including mixing crushed material predetermined quantity of water in accordance with specifications to form dense mass which is spread and rolled with the vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity spread of which should continue till 98% density in achieved to approve grade and cross sections. The mixing is to be prepared to an approved mechanical mixing plant of suitable capacity complete job including all leads, lifts of Octroi charges complete.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of VG 10 grade including heating the bitumen spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumenous boiler cleaning & preparing the existing road surface to remove all dust, dirt, mud etc. and finally brooming the surface as per require specifications on WBM surface @0.75kg/Sqm.

Providing/Laying of 50mm thick premixed bitumenous Macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality size & grading as specified in MOST Specifications and straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 grade @3.3% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot plant, transporting and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8/10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density (including cost and carriage of all materials involved) from source upto site of work complete.

Providing / Laying of 25mm thick semi dense Bitumenous concrete using crushed aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in specifications with 5% binder content (by weight of total mix ) bitumen of VG-10 grade with the laid of HOT MIX PLANT V PAVER finisher, including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne capacity road roller to achieve the required compaction & density (with bitumen VG-10 grade) including rolling and finishing complete and including cost and carriage of all materials involved from source upto site of work complete.

Providing/laying 6mm thick seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 Micron sieve) with bitumen 128kgs of bitumen of VG-10 grade per cum of fine aggregate (0.768 kgs of bitumen per sqm) c 0.60cum of fine aggegatee/100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing complete as per MOST specification including cost and carriage of all materials involved from source upto site of work complete.
