Double seater swing with frame of 08 feet in height and 10 feet long . Frame fabricated of 50mm M.S . pipe `A` class on top and side legs both. From 40mm NB pipe `A` class 01 feet extra in height for proper grouting . On top four needle rollar bearing assly dully chrome plated housing for free rotation . Machine made chain 06 no size is required of good quality. Metallic seat of 25mm OD Pipe and 16 swg sheet supported on Top. The complete system is colorfully painted with one coat of red oxide primer and double coat of Synthetic enamel paint of make Asian / Nerolac . Work shall be completed ( providing & fixing ) as per direction by engineer in charge.
Supplying and fixing of precast reinforced concrete benches casted with using M-30 grade concrete mix for sheet, back and lag having following sizes (detailed drawing enclosed). Length of bench 1500mm back height 450mm, sheet width 450mm, thickness of support legs 100mm total height of bench = 1000mm. The finishing of bench with exterial emulsion whether proof paint (Apex/Ultima/Asian Paint) with colour as approved by engineer-in-charge. The rates including curing, loading, unloading & transportation.
Providing and Fixing of Slide with ladder of Size 7.0 Ft Ht x 14.0 Ft Long x 21 inch Wide. Slide with Ladder made out from 18 gauge M.S. sheet in size 8Ft x 21 inch supported from side by 40 x 40 x 5mm thick angle iron and 20 x 5mm thick flat from bottom at 300c/c. Hand rail for Top slide from 25mm NB & Stairs hand rail are made out from 25mm NB and Botton Support from 40mm NB ISI pipes `A` class of approved make & ISI of Jindal / Tata make. Stairs main frame and steps are made out from 50 x 20 mm rectangular pipe for better support & stability. The complete system is colorfully painted with one coat of red oxide primer and double coat of Synthetic enamel paint of make Asian / Nerolac . Work shall be completed (providing & fixing) as per direction by engineer incharge.
