Necessary repair work on heritage walk way and other places in Kishanpol zone area.

(2.4) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.

(12.6) Providing and fixing of reinforced Ferro-Cement drain covers designed for ‘AA‘ class loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforcement having thickness 75mm to 150mm anti corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate , Rim and M.S. lifting hooks, Admixtures like plasticizer, bond improving compound, shrinkage, resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc.

(29.26.1) Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

(9.3) Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in concrete mixer, laid manually, compacted with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

(9.4) Providing and laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete mix in pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades complete as per drawing and as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

(1.1) CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS (By Mechanical Means): Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking :: The rates will be applicable to net quantities after deduction of prescribed percentage for voids mentioned in the specification under subhead "Carriage of Materials"

(9.13) Flooring with Cobble stone of approx. Size 125x125x75 mm (thick) laid on 25 mm average thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone, laid in approved pattern complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
