SCHEDULE 'A' PART - I (B/R PORTION) :- Excavating in post holes ( or similar holes ) each not. exc 0.50 cum getting out , returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around ,in layers not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete as in foundation, filling and mass concrete type D-2 mix PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions and similar work, of rough finished surface of concrete,(Square, rectangular or polygonal) , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia. and over, cut to length , bent to shape as required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bining with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffit and sides of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work, not exc. 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) of rough finished flat surface of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall of any description and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering in external wall surfaces 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 in two layers (5 mm thick mixed with WPC over 10 mm thick cement plaster) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately).

M & L for preparation of new plastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces plain or moulded, of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint ) over a coat of priming paint to plaster surfaces , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only internal water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering / screeding 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces rough finished to receive as backing of wall tiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Joint free coloured non skid ceramic tiles, size 350 x 250 x 7 mm or 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - II (E/M PORTION) :- M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 sq mm single core FRLS grade 1100 V PVC insulated unsheathed wire with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through in and including PVC casing & capping and accessories ISI marked fixed surface on wall / ceiling/ roof etc and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable FRLS ISI marked as earth continuity conductor etc, complete all as specified for the following :-

(a) One Fan point / light point controlled by one piano switch

(b) One three pin socket 5 amps plug point on same board

Supply and fixing switch piano flush button single pole one way 5 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Socket outlet polycorbonate white 6Amps - 2 / 3 pin complete all as specified and as directed.
