Taking down cement plaster of any thickness racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling faces other than fair of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper, over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 4 above but on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, wall etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 0.63mm thick galvanised, plain mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieaces cleats etc, Fe 410-w (Gde E 250) quality B complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MS plates plain or chequered square cut or notched forming holes drilled or welded any thicness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in fdn filling or mass concerete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 20 cm deep and getting out in hardt/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base finished even and rough, complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 40 mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B--0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length of 110 mm bore with rubber ring joints, laid in walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 5o m and making good surface, work in soft disintergreted rock complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) with old size bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting on steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, in comouflage pattern as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for framed work sucn as grills, gratings, Gate etc with end of bars shouldered and or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming of Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for two coat Painting to steel surfaces with synthetic enamal paint over one coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 5mm thick plain coloured PVC sheet in strips and channel feathered at the edges for fixing on solid PVC wall lining , insulated PVC wall lining and solid PVC partition inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Anodised aluminium powder coating minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Anodised aluminium powder coating minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats glazing clips rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 4 mm thick tinted/plain glass for aluminium windows/doors having each pane exc 0.5 sqm including complete fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 5 mm thick plain coloured PVC sheet in strips and channel feathered at the edges for fixing on solid PVC wall lining , insulated PVC wall lining and solid PVC partition inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of copper strip 20x3mm complete with saddles/ insulators made out of PVC or fibre and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including welding or brazing for joints all as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade 25 mm dia, cut to size and bent to shape all as required at site including fixing arrangement with necessary clamps of required size at site and providing appropriate size of insulators to pipe from foundation of air termination rod complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for air termination single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for test terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75 X 75 X 6 mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate 600x600x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ;normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20X3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts washers and check nuts of copper/ bronze duly protected with 40 mm bore light grade pipe upto main board , 20mm bore watering pipe light grade with CI/MS funnel and wire mesh including excavation , earth work in any type of soil and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr, add charcoal dust and common salt after mixing with BFC (back fill Compound)/ Bentonite compound in adeqate quantity as recommended by manufacture or as diirectred by the Engr-in-charge all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 of SSR part-I 2009 having pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm grouted in PCC pit for CI cover of required size, funnel with wire mesh complete and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : If the earth result of the earthing found more than 5 Ohm then new earthing will be executed by the contractor without any extra cost for the result upto 5 ohm.
