Excavation in foundation, trenches etc., in earth work in all type of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work Kankar, moorum shingles including decomposed soft and hard rock i/c cutting of top of metelled road etc., upto all heights stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required into plinth and sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including all leads and lifts complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5mm so as to give finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden ballies and battens height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string courses and the like etc. including all leads and lifts complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost form work in retaining walls/Breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per H.P.PWD specification.complete.

Providing and laying PVC pipe 80 mm dia includig jointing of pipe complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In beams joists channels ,angles , tee ,flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like complete as per direction of Er-in-charge. ISLC 75X40 @ 5.7 Kg/m complete .

Providing corrugated G.I Sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron roofing with galvanised iron J OR L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm diameter woth bitumen and G.I Limpet washers filled with white lead complete as per direction of Er-in-charge .0.63 mm thick.
