Plastering of 12 mm thick over brick work in 1:4 (cement: coarse sand) including all cost of material ,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction on Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying two coat white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm. of approved brand and manufacturer.over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:old work(One or more coats [email protected] ltr/10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface (apex Ultima,weather coat all quared) asian,berger.

Stone work(Machine cut edges) for wall lining etc(Veneer work) upto 10metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 White cement : 2 Stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade; (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) 40mm thick.

Providing and Laying cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4) in arround grill uper side lakelaid in position including all lead, lift, material, curing, and finishing having well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of size 4.75 to 20mm including mechanical mixing and vibrator etc. Proper completion of work.

Supplying and Laying PVC pipe 110mm Dia 6Kg. Presser ISI make including labour, Material, T&P etc. Proper Complation of work.
