Supplying and filling in foundation in basement with filling sand in layars of 150mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complyiny with relevant std specification including cost of supplying filling sand.

Providing Cut stone flooring using New Cut stone slabs of 100mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and Labour charges for laying, fixing in position and pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement, Three parts of sand)and as directed by the officer in charge etc., complete complying with standard specifications etc complete. (The lime sourced from pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structual and masonry works etc.,to be used)

Dismantling the Floor finish & dadooing walls in cement mortar with Mosaic Tiles / Glazed Tiles / Clay Tiles / Cuddapah Slabsincluding clearing away from site etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and color over one coat of white primer in all floors the rate is to include cost of all materials, brushes scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Disamntling the Reinforced cement concrete including clearing away from site etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position, Standarised Concrete Mix M20 Grade in accordance with IS : 456-2000, using 20 mm and down graded hard brocken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg /m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommanded proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about ( 5 cum )7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about ( 3.30 cum )5156 kg of 10 - 12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about ( 4.79 cum )7670 kg of M.Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in RCC floor / roof slabs where ever necessary without claiming extra etc, complete complying with stsndard specification and as directed by Departmental officers. The course and fine aggrigates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. ( No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position M.S.grills for reinforcement of all RCC works, including cost of rods, straightening, bending, cracking tying grills,with 18 gauge galvanished binding wire and placing the grills in position etc., complete and as directed.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with Lime Mortar 1:1.5 (One Lime and One point five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed (Painting the wall with Texture Finish Paint including labour charges M-0427 SQR 2024-2025 PAGE.NO.83)of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Scaffolding charges for Vimanans and gopurams with casurina posts coconut or plam trees wherever necessary for main, form work and providing with coconut keeth coverings, providing ladder arrangements, country wood pland for working, inpection etc, complete hire charges only for erection, maintainance and removing the same on completion of the work 1 sq,ft. 15 feet height.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing new sudhai vigrahams in the vimanams and Rajagopurams with Copper rod reinforcement of suitable dia with binding wires wherever necessary, shaping the core with broken bricks set in LM 1:1.5 finishing the same with LM 1:1.5 bringing to the correct shape (Lakshana) in conformist with silpa sastra inclusive of special ornaments, weapons, peedam etc., complete and providing L.M.
