M&L for renewal of earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground in earth pit not less than 4.00 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 2.95 m below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers; including excavation in any type of soil, returning and filling pit with excavated soil mixed with 250 Kg charcoal, 200 Kg crystal salt, 100 Kg magnesium sulphate and vegetable soil all around earth plate up to 350 mm above top edge of plate and filling balance portion with excavated soil in layers; providing 25 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe up to top of plate and 50 mm bore light grade GI protective pipe for earth strip; PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 chamber of internal size 300 x 300 x 300 mm with 120 mm thick walls and 700 x 700 x 150 mm thick bed; 50 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 Type B1 chamber cover reinforced with welded steel wire fabric/PM jali, funnel with wire mesh, including taking down existing unserviceable earthing, testing earth resistance and leaving earthing complete and effective, all as specified and directed. S&F in repair cast iron sluice valve with forged brass spindle, Class PN 1.6, cast iron wheel head, both ends flanged and IS 1486 marked, including taking down existing unserviceable valve/parts as required, neoprene rubber gasket joints, high tensile bolts, nuts and washers, making good connections and testing complete all as specified and directed: 150 mm bore.

S&F in repair non-return valve, 100 mm bore, flanged ends, Class PN 1.0, ISI marked, including taking down existing unserviceable valve/parts as required, providing necessary flanges, rubber gaskets, bolts, nuts, washers and jointing material, making good connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.
