M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.1 above but on ceiling surfaces.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls using mechanical/electrical driven sanders,washing,rubbing down,stoping of painted surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a layer of white wall care putty (not more than 1mm thick) finishing surface to true aligned even and smooth surface using sand papers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using painting rolleres over a coat of alkali resistance primer on prepared surfaces as above complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper using painting rollers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on bricks or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion including over a coat of primer using painting rollers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting & clearing away all glass vegetation, sapling, shrubs, brushwood,undergrowth, roofs and trees n. exc 30cm girth from roof terrace, walls parapet etc & pouring acid over affected area and making good the disturbed portion in CM 1:3 including removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specfied & directed.

All items of work are to be executed inside and outside of multistoried bldgs upto 9th story bldgs using necessary scaffolding.The cost of scaffolding to be included in the unit rate for each item.Nothing extra payment shall be admissable on this account. Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum
