Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel/ wood/aluminium) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 250 metres lead as directed by IUAC Engineer
Dismantling existing air duct of dia. /periphery of approx. 3 feet made up of steel sheet ( 2 mm thick) along with MS angle etc , complete work in sections including dismembering and stacking within 250 metres lead of GI sheet duct along with Channels, angles, tees complete as per direction of IUAC engineer .The height where duct is fix are approx. 3.4 meter from the from G.L .No extra payment to be made later for special arrangement to be made at such height for removal of duct and dispose /stacked of the same to existing central junk yard /store area within IUAC campus complete as per direction of IUAC Engineer. Note: Structural frame work for duct including MS angle frame is existing on site & weight of the ACP duct sheet along with MS section only shall be measured for payment). Note: Contractor may see the site before quoting rate to see the actual condition of work/site.
Dismantling existing false ceiling (made up of fibre mineral board and gypsum board) including runner and tee etc., and stacking the material within 250 metres lead of as directed by IUAC Engineer.
Demolishing brick work (made up in cement mortar) manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
P/L 15 mm cement plaster of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) on brick work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) grade including the cost of centring and shuttering.
Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification.
Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and including two coat of syanethetic enamle paint all complete.

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete: Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width
Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows/ ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), , uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners; mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.: Fixed window / ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area up to 0.75 sqm.) Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.

(Area of door upto 2.10 sqm) Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.

Providing and laying Epoxy floor coating to flooring and skirting surface in Lab/Room as per below mentioned items. (i) Chemical cleaning of the surfaces with Chemistic Florklin (or equivalent) mixed with water allowing 15-20 minutes for reaction time, then rinsing the area thoroughly and allowing to dry (ii) Cleaning the existing glass strips, joints and existing damaged concrete floor holes, patches etc. with wire brushes of dust and loose material and repairing the same with Epoxy putty (of reputed makes like Chemisol, Fosroc ,MRF or equivalent) mixed with silica sand and making it smooth and even to take the epoxy floor coating. (iii) Grinding with hand grinding machine to clean the the existing cement concrete flooring and removing any loose material and dust particle and applying one coat of Epoxy primer (of reputed makes like Chemisol, Fosroc, MRF or equivalent) on the prepared surface. (iv) Applying two coats of dust proof solvent free epoxy floor coating/screed in average 2 mm (1 mm + 1 mm) thickness (of reputed makes like Chemisol, Fosroc, MRF or equivalent) over the primed surface of approved colour to make the surface dust proof, water proof, chemical resistance and Abrasion resistance. Note (I) Bidder may visit the area and see the actual condition before quoting). (ii) Epoxy colour theme will be decided in consultation with IUAC. No extra will be paid for using 2 or 3 colours at designated locations. (iii) Making yellow lines at designated places will be included at no extra cost.

Providing, fabricating, supplying installing and fixing in position Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the cabin , of approx 3 meter heights. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Credit for taking away old dismentallred damaged MS doors /cupboard shutter , MS section, GS roofing sheet including other electrical ,water supply material from dismenttlling shall be property of contractor ,after dismentlling weight to be measured before removing from the site in the presence of IUAC engnieer /in charge or his autthorised representative shall be taken for credit all complete . The all tools tackles ,labour for dismentaling,stacking and transporting to be bear by the contractor for all this credit items .
Providing and fixing transparent PVC strip curtain made of vinyl plastic strips of minimum 3 mm thickness with necessary hangers, brackets and supporting arrangement for fixing above door openings, including cutting, overlapping, labour and all incidental works, complete for preventing dust entry while maintaining cross ventilation inside the room, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, IUAC.

Providing and fixing fire resistant door frame of section 50 x 60 mm on horizontal side & 35 x 60 mm on vertical sides having built in rebate made out of 1.6 mm thick GI sheet ( Zinc coating not less than 120gm/ m²) suitable for mounting 120 min Fire Rated Glazed Door Shutters. The frame shall be filled with Mineral wool Insulation having density min 96Kg/m³ . The frame will have a provision of G.I. Anchor fastners 14 nos ( 5 each on vertical style & 4 on horizontal style of size M10 x 80 ) suitable for fixing in the opening along with Factory made Template for SS Ball Bearing Hinges of Size 100x89x3mm for fixing of fire rated glazed shutter . The frame shall be finished with a approved fire resistant primer or Powder coating of not less than 30 micron in desired shade as per the directions of Engineer - in- charge . Providing and fixing approved make Fire Rated Vertical Rod Panic Exit Device (Panic Bar/Crash Bar) suitable for double leaf, of fire rated steel door, conforming to EN 1125/UL 305 or equivalent standards, complete with top and bottom locking rods, horizontal touch bar, latch assembly, strike plates, dogging mechanism (where applicable), stainless steel lever/operating mechanism, all fixing screws, brackets, anchors, accessories, testing, commissioning and proper functioning, complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
