SECTION - I

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated 10 passenger lifts installed at Cariapa Vihar, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer of lift M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. ) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + Six floor i.e total Seven landings with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. CARIAPPA VIHAR:- (a) Block/ Building No. 01 to 05 = 05 Nos Lift Make of Lift:- M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. Capacity of Lifts:- 10 Passengers = 05 Nos lift. Total Qty = 05 x 03 months = 15

SECTION - II

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated 16 passenger lifts installed at Manekshaw Marg, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer of lift M/s ECE Industries Ltd. ) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + Six floor i.e total Seven landings with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. MANEKSHAW MARG:- (a) Block/ Building No. 56, 57 and 58 = 03 Nos Lift Make of Lift:- M/s ECE Lifts Pvt Ltd. Capacity of Lifts:- 16 Passengers = 03 Nos lift. Total Qty = 03 x 04 months = 12

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated 1000 Kg Goods lifts installed at Manekshaw Marg, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer of lift M/s ECE Industries Ltd. ) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + Six floor i.e total Seven landings with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. MANEKSHAW MARG:- (a) Block/ Building No. 59 and 60 = 02 Nos Lift Make of Lift:- M/s ECE Lifts Pvt Ltd. Capacity of Lifts:- 1000 Kg Goods Lift = 02 Nos lift. Total Qty = 02 x 04 months = 08

Notes for Item No. 2.00, 4.00 & 5.00 :- (i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through respective OEM of existing lifts i.e. of M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd.and M/s ECE Industries Ltd. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 114 to 116 from respective OEM of existing lifts i.e of M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd.and M/s ECE Industries Ltd. within Twenty Eight days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default. (iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the Agreement along with Tax Invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. (v) The contract included for repair, replacement of machines, motors, generators, door ropes, inverter/ ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock break shoes, liners, contactors, relays, push bottons, coils, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, car door, safety device limit switches, governor, hoistway door locks, indicators and minor mechanical spare parts. The cost of above materials are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (vi) The materials like replacement of car cabin, ceiling frames, panels, fixtures, hoist way door panels, door frames, sills, car floorings, floor covering, light fittings, bulbs, tubes, main line power swtiches, breakers, feeders to controller, hoist way wiring, hydralic jack outer casing, burried piping,

Notes for Item No. 2.00, 4.00 & 5.00 contd.../ :- (vi) alignment of elevator guide rails, smoke and fire sensors, communication devices, security systems, landing doors, sheave rim, hoist rope, ARD battery and ventilator fans are not included in the quoted rate. (vii) Contractor to note that monthly service will not be paid for the building undergoing special repairs/ unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor, or all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (viii) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (ix) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (x) Contractor to be submit Safety Security Certificate of lifts from OEM in every month as per performa mentioned in Particular Specification here-in-after and also contractor to submit serviceability of lights and fans in lifts and machine room in every month in writing. (xi) The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the lift every week regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. Incase no technician detailed Rs. 500/- per week per lift will be deducted from conctractors dues. Technician should alaways carry service tools during site visit in every week. (xii) Monthly maintenance check will be carried out by respective OEM's of existing lifts as per monthly maintenance check list mentioned in Particular Specification here-in-after.

SECTION - III

Supply & Fixing, installing,testing and commissioning in replacement alongwith all connected accesories for Car guide rail 02 Nos of 10 mm and 2 Nos of 6/8 mm size and each guide rail length should be 05 mtr alongwith 2 set of car and cwt brackets including alignment of new guides with all fastners and hardware as per sample suitable for lifts and also suitable for serving Ground + 8 Floors (total nine landings) with electric power operated doors, complete all as specified and as directed for 08/13 Passenger lift. (Make :- As per OEM recomendation) Note :- Above rate includes necessary cementing work & scaffolding required deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply & fixing in replacement MS Guide rail Bracket including nuts,bolts,washers with necessary drilling,grouting of bolts and necessary cementing work all as required for 08 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed. (Make- As per OEM recommendation)

Supply & fixing in replacement MS Guide rail Bracket including nuts,bolts,washers with necessary drilling,grouting of bolts and necessary cementing work all as required for 13 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed. (Make- As per OEM recommendation)

Supply & fixing in replacement of new steel OSG rope of size 6 strandas x 19 of nominal dia 06 mm for the 08/13 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Usha Martin/Mahadev Elevator/Bharat wire rope Ltd./ Shree Steel Wire Rope Ltd)

Supply & fixing in replacement of CI OSG pit pully as per OEM suitable for 8/13 passenger lifts complete all as specified and as directed. (Make- As per OEM recommendation)

Supply, fabricating , fixing in repair of structural mild steel channel angle iron, flat iron,MS Sheet of suitable gauge as per site requirement,MS Bar (Round ,Squre and flate MS perforated sheet / jalli and brackets etc for fabrications of counter weight screen , clamps, bolts, and back plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, forming, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, screws in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint including all cementing works with proper finish of surface complete all as per existing sample fitted at site and specified and directed.

Taking down and Material & labour for replacement of defective travelling cable PVC insulated flexible flat copper conductor of size 0.75sqmm 4 core and other connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed. ( Make- As per OEM Recommendation)

Taking down and Material & labour for replacement of defective travelling cable PVC insulated flexible flat copper conductor of size 0.75sqmm 12 core and other connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed. ( Make- As per OEM Recommendation)

SECTION - IV

Surface excavation in hard/dense soil n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 21 cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hard core of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), finished concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in floors and pavings, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming contraction joints 65mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair solar control film 25 micron reflecive type (gareware sun control or equivalent) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Chief.
