Design, Supply, installation testing and commissioning of solar PV modules of 545 Wp of type Mono Perc Half Cut (Mono crystalline) - Minimum 545 Wp each panel Solar Mono Perc144 Cells Module, with module efficiency, 21 % at Standard test conditions with anti reflective coating and anti dust coating conforming to IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 complete including AC DB (with NVR, contactor) & DC DB electrical connection and mounting on GI structure frame and including for the following items / equipments complete all as specified and directed :- Total of 70 KW Solar Power Plant @ 20 KW each at Bldg No 190 , 191 & 201 at MLIRC and 10 KW at MLIRC Substation

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Grid Tied String Inverter of capacity 125% of plant capacity, 415V AC, 50Hz, respectively at given load condition) IP 65 out door wall mountaing, with efficiency not less than 97% confirming to IEC 600682-2/vde standards with multifunctional LED indications with alarm and complying the following complete all as specified and directed :-- (a) Operating frequency/ range- 50 Hz (49 to 51 Hz), Grid Frequency Synchronization range ± 1 Hz or more (shall also compatible for Synchronization with DG Set) Waveform- Sine Wave Harmonics AC side total. (b) Ripple DC voltage ripple content shall not be more than 1% (c) Harmonic current distortion (<3%) (d) The benchmarking efficiency criteria for the Grid tied (central/string) inverter • At nominal voltage and full load is >95% • For load >25% is >94%. (e) No load losses should not be more than 5%. Power Factor > 0.9

S&F Outdoor type IP 55, powder coated, 2 mm thickness with stand of minimum height 2 feet, 1 In 1 Out LT Panel configuration with 63A MCCB, AC SPD Type 2 complete, minimum Size of Enclosure shall be as per the requried size (IP 55) along with 4 pole 63 Amps, AC Surge Protection Device-3 ph of 36KA (as per IEC 60364-5-53), 4 Indication Lamp- R, Y, B.,with multi functional meter 3 phase, 415 Volt (Voltage , Current, Power and Energy unit measurement (KWH)) and including copper busbar, connecting lugs and double compression glands etc, complete all as specified and directed. Makes: Switchgear: Siemens, L&T, Legrand , Schneider, SPD: Citel/ Phoenix/ OBO. Note:- The quoted rate is deemed to be include for integration & synchronisation with existing three phase LT panel supply source.

Supply, installation connection & testing of AC DB Panel shall be metal clad, totally enclosed, rigid,wall mounted, air ventelator, cubical type suitable for operation on three phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 63 Amps with type 2 SPD NVR & contactor having provision of incoming & outgoing armoured cable) The panels shall be designed for minimum expected ambient temperature of 45 degree Celsius, 80 percent humidity and dusty weather. All indoor panels will have protection of IP54 or better. All outdoor panels will have protection of IP65 or better. All the 415 AC volts devices / equipment like bus support insulators, circuit breakers, SPDs, VTs etc., mounted inside the switchgear shall be suitable for continuous operation and satisfactory performance.

Supply, installation connection & testing of DC DB, IP65 Panel shall be metal clad, totally enclosed, rigid, wall mounted, air ventelator, with 20 Amp, 1000 Volts string fuses, DC MCB of 20 Amp, 1000 Volts & DC SPD 1000 Volts as per DC input rating of invertor. Short Circuit & Overload Protected, Over Voltage Protected (Y-PV), No Air condensation, Cu Wired with FR Insulation & Tested Wire Harnessing ot Ensure High Conductivity, Plug & Play Solution for Rooftop Solar PV Installations.

M&L 1.1 KV grade 4 core 25 Sqmm PVC or, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, multi-core multi- stranded Aluminium armoured cables shall be used of length as required at site outdoor AC cables shall have a UV- stabilized outer sheath all as specified and directed.

M&L 4 sq mm (single core) DC Cable XLPE insulated and sheathed, UV-stabilized, multistranded flexible copper cable, should be colour coded of length as required at site and including DWC HDPE pipe of conduit pipe of suitable size and clamps complete as all specified and directed.

S&F FRP (Hensel or equivalent make) / PP / ABS with dust, water and vermin proof. provided with proper locking arrangements. Series / Array Junction Box (SJB/AJB) (whichever is required): All the arrays of the modules shall be connected to DC DB. AJB shall have terminals of bus-bar arrangement of appropriate size. Male & Female pair of MC4 connectors compatible with 4 mm 2 DC solar cable.

M&L Aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm as per site conditions with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground of required length as per site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chemical earthing in any type of strata (hard/loose) with Material/ Backfill compound shall be Highly Conductive Compound, maintenance free. The watering shall be required at the time of its installation only. No re-charging with water, salts or any other chemical shall be required and it shall maintain almost constant earth resistance during its life cycle without manual watering.(earthing rod of 19 mm D X 2 m Long 250 micron Cu bonded rod with chemical material) with Laying of Earthing AI strip of 25 x 3 mm - 04 Nos (01 No. in each building for building Nos. 190, 191, 201 & MLIRC installations) complete all as specified and directed.
