RequiredAn undertaking that if I/We shall become the lowest tenderer then I/We shall submit the documents of Associated specialized Agencies for specialized E and M Services as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in the Eligibility Criteria/ Experience of work after acceptance of tender alongwith Performance Guarantee otherwise department shall forfeit the deposited EMD absolutely and shall reject my/our tender and debar me/us from re-tendering for this work(Undertaking Form Enclosed.)

RequiredGST Registration certificate and upto date file return of the state in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration Certificate of the State, in which work is to be taken up, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing

RequiredRegistration certificate of EPFO, ESIC and upto date returns files to be uploaded in the eligibility document section.

RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD (PROFORMA A) to the division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall only be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated) To be uploaded in the eligibility document section.

RequiredCertificate as per PROFORMA B.

RequiredThe training certificate of ERP issued through LMS portal of ERP which is imparted to the contractor should be scanned and uploaded with all other requisite documents.
