Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour :Two coats.

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty :Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weightnot less than 12.5kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer :Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with :5.5 mm thick glass panes.

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required :In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete (Using ISA 30x30x5 mm M.S.Angle)

Electrification work :- Repairing Electrical Point wiring with 4.0 mm & 2.5 sq.mm and earth wire of 2.5 sq. mm both are of ISI mark 1.1 K.V. grade FRLS PVC insulated multi standard of copper wire , in following types of pipe to be erected, concealed in // flushed on wall // ceiling complete with 6 Amp. & 16 Amp. Non-modular type of switches & Sockets and plug erected on PVC / metallic box covered with appropriate front plate modules erected on wall as per pipe erected with necessary Wall sliding fans, Emergency/Call Bell etc. (wherever required) as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
