Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors / dados, etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for cast iron 75 mm dia of out let kitchen/Nahani trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete including taking down the old one etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un- reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement in sunken floors, for fixing of nahani trap or floor trap etc in position complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type E-2,1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sunken portion of toilet and bathroom complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for special treatment for sunken portion of WC bath toilet kitchen etc executed in following stages stage 1 providing 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical of Dr fixit or shalicrete R of STP ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per manufacturers instructions stage 2 Application of 1 st coat of tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (diluted with water in ratio 1:1) @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plastered surfaces Stage 3 Application of 1 st coat of tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1kg/sqm by brush all as per manufacturers instructions. Stage 4 Laying fibre glass cloth ( weight not less than 50 gm/sqm) over 1 st coat while the coated surface is still sticky Stage 5 After 6 to 7 hours iterval, apply second coat ie final coat of tarflet LM of STP ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1 kg/sqm by brush as per manufacturers instructions. Stage 6 Providing 10 mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250 ml/50Kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7 Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. Notes: (i) Mode of measurement: Actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls) will be measured and paid.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls, chajjas, beams, parapets etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down moulds, moss and greasy spots etc including washing down with water etc and filling cracks above 5 mm thickness with mortar using pidicrete URP of Dr fixit or equivalent of M/s STP Ltd, filling cracks less than 5 mm with Crack X paste of M/s Dr fixit or equivalent of M/s STP Ltd

M&L for providing leakage/seepage proof coating by applying primeseal primer of Dr fixit or equivalent of M/s STP Ltd under torch dry condiiton and subsequently applying two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating system of Shalicryl 215 of STP Ltd or equivalent of M/s Chemestic over prepared surfaces including necessary scaffolding Note : The afore said treatment shall be got executed by the contractor frpom authorised applicator of the manufacturer and also necessary documents in support of the above shall be submitted by the contractor

M&L Preparation of new plaster surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper with wall care putty and matching with old plastered surface over a coat of primer.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces on walls, preparation for distempering and applying two coat of oilbound distemper over a coat of primer including stopping of nails holes,cracks etc, patch repair with putty where required. complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old surfaces on ceiling (plastered or unplastered or previously white washed) and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified.

Chipping , Removing,Carefullly Loose Concrete work by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of malba out side the premises etc. complete as directed. Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.) & M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit upto 40mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc in two layers, each layer not exceeding 20mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs chromium plated shower rose 125mm size with or without swivel joint for fixing in 15 dia pipe.

Preparation of old surfaces on wall (plastered or unplastered or previously white washed) and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 to recive tiles/stone slabs complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete type C-2,1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection ,finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded metal,whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing additional steel bar in various structural elements like column ,beams and Slab etc. including cutting ,bending and fixing the bars tying with binding wires etc. and anchoring reinforcement bar in existing RCC member in holes of minimum 10 d depth for 8 to 12 mm dia bar Note : A sum of Rs 9,710.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducted to arrive the contract sum.
