Dismantling of boarding in wall/ceiling, any description, fixed in any position with nails or screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Taking down carefully old FTL fitting recessed mounted light fittings/ceiling complete with all accessories and making necessary electric connection, complete all as spd & directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for 4mm thick 3 Nos of ply veneered decorative plywood grade1 (with BWR, resin) with one side of decorative veneered face fixed with screw to timber frame work in ceiling/wall complete.

M&L for 9mm thick pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws/nails to timber frame work in wall portion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 25mm dia aluminium anodised alloy curtain rod including wooden ornamental/ decorative bracket and end cap all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for SDC Laminated flooring 8mm thick of any coloured, manufactured by Direct Pressure Laminated (DPL) wherein the empty Abrasive aluminium oxide overlay alongwith metamine impregnated decorated film is directly fused with the back with flooring locking profile in designed with double click locking system on the length and single locking width alongwith desire locking strength laid over 1mm thick foam base, complete including removal of existing flooring, all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surface including screed bed 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 all as directed.

S&F plain 2nd class hardwood 35mm thich framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.
