SPL REPAIR OF BLDG NO P-134/01 TO 04 (OFFR MD ACCN) AND SPL REPAIR TO KITCHEN AND TOILET AT QTR NO P-136/01 (OFFR MD ACCN) AT ALWAR MIL STN

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Raking out joints/pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforcement) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) & removal complete all rubbish materials complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in landing slab, chullah hoods, manhole covers, Roofs, Floors, beams, stair case, landing, chajja and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth wall tiling (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars & precast concrete masonry etc complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.5 but each complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 but n exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection path laid in panel surface finished even and fair using extra cement and Joints of panel should be filled by bitumenous mastic complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills, coping steps, tank staging, seismic and other similar courses, lacing courses parapet and railing upto 60cm Ht kneeler kerb and alike including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified and directed.
