COMPREHENSIVE MAINT/PETTY REPAIR, DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL COMPLAINTS IN MD ACCN AT KANPUR CANTT UNDER GE (I) KANPUR

Attending complaints for checking and replacing the existing defective electrical items for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repair as required to make the item functional and replacing fuse, small pieces of copper wire, copper cable as of suitable size at site, insulation tape roll etc.attending minor repair(s) such as testing, connections, fittings, nut, bolts, screws etc to emergent complaints i.e no light, earth leakage, short circfuit, neutral break in mains/sub mains/internal circuits of existing electrical system of main building /block and making continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc, required to make the system in order/functional with insulation tape roll,copper thimbles, glands, earthing wire as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This item is applicable only where no store is required. 1.The site for attending complaints are all inside MD/OTM Accn in Cantt. Contracor shall provide minimum two tradesmen (electrician) having minimum ITI /3 year experience for each site with suitable tool box to attend the complaint in all working days . In case of no light the power will be ensured by connecting service wire from nearest LT Panel.2. Contractor shall ensure the security passes for his staff to be obtained from concern authority for attending complaints. 3. The contractor will ensure that the electricians with necessary tools bag shall always remain present at complaint cell to attend the complaints. 4. A recovery of Rs 500/- for not attending the compplaints upto 04 hours & Rs 1000/- shall be recovered from the contractor after 24 hrs . 5. All the complaint slip, register & other connected document will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. 6. Cost of fixing of material for ''supply only '' shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply only cable PVC insulated unsheathed with flexible multistranded copper conductor of size 1 Sqmm single core (FR-LSH) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but size 1.5 Sqmm (FR-LSH) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but size 2.5 Sqmm (FR-LSH) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but size 4 Sqmm. (FR-LSH) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor multistranded cable (FR-LSH) of size 4 sqmm with proper color coding and one single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor multistranded cable green colour of size 4 Sqmm as earth lead inexisting concealed conduit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement cord flexible PVC insulated and over all sheathed, 3 core, flexible copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm, cut to size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for switch piano flush button single pole one way 5 amps 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Switch piano flush button single pole one way 15 amps 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for socket outlet 2 in 01, 5 amps 3 pin flush type, 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.
