M&L for Repair/maint of LT panel board by dismantling all cable connection i.e incoming and outgoings and trenching out of loop of cable by digging, cutting burnt portion of cable, cleaning and fixing of lugs with crimping tool, cleaning of bus bar with emery paper, tightening of bus bar with busbar insulators, re-fixing of cable with busbars, by providing new bolts, nuts and washers cable lugs to be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spray painting to panel board (Inner & outer) by applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, (n.exc 2000mm x 1500mm x 600mm) including preparation of surface, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for removing of creepers grown along with LT panel board/feeder pillar boxes etc surface dressing ( n exc 15 cm) all around the LT panels/ sub stations and inside the chain link fencing and removing all waste materials from site to a distance not exceeding 50mtr including supply and spraying chemical for destruction of grass etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing broken stone/boulders hardcore of gauge n exc 63 cm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface and surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and getting out etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCCB including terminals, 4 pole, 415V adjustable type 200 Amp with breaking capacity 36 KA including taking down old one etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 5 (here-in-before) but capacity 250 Amp.

M&L for replacement of heat shrinkable end termination cable jointing kit for PVC/XLPE insulated ,armoured electric cable of size 70sqmm to 150 Sqmm 3.5 core 1100 Volts garde for indoor/outdoor use complete with jointing materials and accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 17 (here-in-before) but electric cable of size 185 sqmm to 300 Sqmm 3.5 core

Supply and fixing LED Lamp (RYB) of set -03 Nos complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Plates 3.15 MM thickness (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment Fe-410 (Gde E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on including taking down old u/s materials completion all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair, installation, commissoning and testing of out door type feeder pillar boxes 600mmx600mmx500mm (Bus bar chamber) with aluminium bus bar 400 amps - 04 Nos fixed over epoxy insulators and outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet supported with MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC (1:2:4) type B-1using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in platform, 90 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable single door ( door hinged with body at 2 places with hinges ) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93, compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation, laying of pipe, cable etc or for shafts,wells,cesspits, manholes etc n.exc 10 sqm in plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, etc compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, etc compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point, etc compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioing to the full width of trenches for protection of cables and filling under floor including spreading watering and punning down upto 18 cm and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge (Note :- Only punned down volume of sand to be measured.)

M & L for brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B', for cable protection in trenches keeping width of brick parallel to the length of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacemnt of danger notice plate 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet viterous enamelled white with letters ,figures and skull and bones in red colour and fixed to LT electric panel with revets compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Cable lugs suitable for cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm including crimping to the core of cable with help of crimping tools all as specified. Make : Dowells/Jainsons or equivalent as approved by GE.
