Notes for item nos 1 to 7 (i) The emission test results after fixing of RECD on genset will be as per CPCB II norms (ii) The technology applicable for Retrofit Emission control Devices will be either Wet Scrubber or Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) or Catalytic Conversion. (iii) All RECDs shall have valid Type approval certificate as specified (iv) Emission test will be carried out on the Gen sets prior to and after installing the Emission control Device ( RECD) and results submitted for operating loads. (v) Diesel for testing Gen Sets will be supplied by the Dept. (vi) No alteration to the electronic engine control unit of the Gen set will be done. (vii) Fixing of the RECD should not affect on-board diagonostic systems that form a part of the Gen Sets (viii) The emission control device (RECD) will be fitted on the Generator Sets by the authorised represetative of OEM only and a certificate to this effect will be submitted. (ix) Emission durability period (Expected life) of RECD should be 06 years or 4000 hours which is earlier. (x) Operation & Maintenance manual of RECD manufacture shall be furnished by contractor. (xi) List of approved labs for testing of RECD are as follows:- (a) Automotive Research Association of India, Pune (Maharashtra) (b) International Centre for Automotive Technology, Manesar (Haryana) (c) Indian Oil Corporation, Research and Development Centre, Faribadad (Haryana). (d) Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun (Uttarakhand) (e) Vehicle Research Development Establishment, Ahmednagar (Maharashtra).

Material and labour Precast Concrete block masonary 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished fair and even all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shapeor size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, oneunder coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and directed.

M&L Exhaust pipe made of MS ERW Pipe ,heavy grade ,50 mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L Rock wool insulation of exhaust pipe of 50 mm dia with 22 mm aluminium sheet all as specified and directed .

M&L Plexo box ,3 module with transparent Lid ,IP66 protection with adaptor, PVC Membrane along with Socket 16 Amps and switch 16 Amps all as specified and directed.

M&L PVC insulated,Round cable FRLS 2.5 Sqmm 3 Core ,1100 V Grade ,pvc sheathed all as specified and directed .

Supply and Fixing Bib taps, cast copper alloy of 20 mm dia with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply and lay in trenches/floors/walls of GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as elbow, tee, union, short pieces etc of size 20 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head ISI Marked screwed both ends complete for 20 mm dia iron pipes all as specified and as directed.
